“LenoxFit is the real deal! I had to prepare for a physical fitness exam for a job opportunity and only had a month to do so. Sue jumped right on the opportunity and we got right to work without hesitation! With her help I crushed the expectations! The staff are always personable and friendly and provide a very inclusive space for all fitness levels! They also offer a great array of classes and I was able to start learning yoga for my active off days! If you are looking for a local gym or a place to stay on track while visiting the area this is the place to be! I can’t thank Sue and her staff enough for their dedication and welcoming environment at LenoxFit!”
