The level of attention the cashier gave me made my transaction better than most! I found shirts I liked that were less than I expected and she was just as happy as I was, that kind of support makes a shopping experience better in my opinion. Plus I was having gift card issues and when I say she was patient with me, I'm really stressing that fact. I'll be back to freshen up my wardrobe for the season change!

Terrible management and massive neglect of customer contact unless you call thier corporate office. They refuse to service or fix they're no working phone lines

Bought a belt here on a day trip out to the Berkshires but couldnt try it on in the store. When I got home I found out it was too big and needed to return it. Unfortunately the gap store near me said I had to return it to the factory store. So even though gap and gap factory are the same company, I couldn't even return an item to my local retail store and would have to drive two hours to return it? If retailers want to know why they are failing miserably and going bankrupt, this is one of the reasons right here.
