My wife and I were out of town seeing a concert at Tanglewood nearby and amongst our travels to town we hit a layer of a semi tire that shed off into our lane at 70mph. That night I booked an appointment for the following morning at Ford's based on their phenomenal reputation and reviews. The mechanics saw me first thing in the morning and got us on the road within an hour after a few test drives/discussions around the noise we were hearing when we pressed the brakes. Thankfully our repair was affordable and prompt so we could get back on the road for our 3.5 hour ride home. I couldn't recommend this repair shop more and thank you again for helping us in a time of need!
