no longer called "dj's gifts" but "Berkshire gifts" now. maybe something to do with the terrible reviews.tldr: sold me broken merchandise and refused to let me trade it or a return the very next day I went back a few hours later the day of and they were closed early, since I bought it broken)had a great experience buying 5+ childrens items for someone in the hospital for months. As I was walking out the door I realized one of the 8$ squish balls I got him both a cat version and dog version of was wet and leaking so it had been previously popped. I was on my break from another store so just said I would go back on my next break which was until 8pm and they were closed it was Sunday. I went the very next day and who I believe was the manager was so rude, refused to let me grab a not broken one. (let me also add I left this item in my locker at work the entire time I never even took it home and just walking over to the store to return the stitching came apart and now there is another hole making it useless.) I told her how I bought many items there just the day before and was even going to buy my coworker an item for his niece since he saw what I got and thought it was cute. I didn't want to return it, she wouldn't have let me, and she wouldn't let me just switch it out. she literally just started talking to somebody on the phone in the middle of our conversation. I tell all our customers not to go here now. Selling broken merchandise to people who work alongside them or anyone else is gross. Especially knowing it was for someone spending over a month in the hospital.

I had the most wonderful experience!! The most pleasant lady runs the front counter! I love it here it's relaxing and they have the nicest selection of everything from Toys to Band shirts to jewelry to some of the most relaxing incense. 10/10 recommend stopping in!!

One of the staff was yelling at people in the store. It was totally inappropriate and I will not be coming back anytime soon. If you want bad service, then come over to Dj’s Gifts.

DJ's is a very cool store chock full of gifts for all ages. We saw handcrafted jewelry, decorative tapestries, books, games, tons of toys including quite few from the Melissa and Doug line, and some rock and roll themed goods. They have lots of leisure and entertainment options for you to choose from. We picked up two Melissa and Doug sticker books for the grand-kiddies for a super reasonable $4.99 a pop.
