“Got some really nice shirts for my husband here back around christmas. We had a great time out for the day. Stopped at the outlets on the way home and ended up finding some good sales. They don't always have incredible sales like you would expect but if you hit them on a good day like any Outlet and you're able to find things you like you don't have to pay too much for them. Husband walked away with four new shirts jacket sweater and also a flannel!”
“You know how when you walk in and are greeted and offered help, but typically say no thanks and move along? Well I'm happy that I didn't do that here or else I'd still be picking up the wrong jeans! The jeans selection for American Eagle is why I typically get mine there, but I do it so infrequently that I forget there are tons of different styles. I always appreciate when a shopping trip is less overwhelming and the help I had here was much needed simplicity!”

“I live locally and head to BR when I need new clothes or have a need for something before a trip. They frequently have 40%-50% off especially over long weekends and near holidays. It's hit or miss on sizing stock especially during the big sales. Pleasant shopping experience. Calm and laid out nicely, (not chaotic)and staff are helpful and keep sizes in a neat order so you can look for your size easily. Recommend!”
“Drove up from CT during the week, pretty much empty. My wife and I were shopping for some summer clothes. Found what we were looking for pretty quickly, great discounts and if you served in the military you can get an additional discount with proof. Tommy Hillfinger uses ID.ME for the discount. Nice in that no sale tax is collected on clothes purchases in MA. Did not try the food court. Overall, it was a pleasant day out with some good purchases.”

“I’ve always loved Ralph Lauren because of the quality but I understand because of the name it can be expensive. I read about the workers gathering in corners and whatnot in these reviews. Remember that these workers are teenagers or young adults. I’m sure we did the same at some point of our lives? Give them credit, at least they’re working. Sales is never easy and there’s not to many people who can relate to others because they have problems of their own. Just be polite, buy what you need and keep it moving. In sales especially in a clothing store, it’s a job for many and a career to some, just don’t expect quality service. When you do find that sales rep who goes above and beyond, reward him/her/person and speak to the manager. If you’re complaining about cost, then remember that it is Ralph Lauren, but hey, look for the sales or coupons. In my experience at the Lee Mall, coming from NYC, I appreciate the hello’s because in NYC, it’s a whole different ball game and attitude, but it is what it is, you’re in New York. I always look forward to the Outlet and enjoy it. The 5 stars is for the clothing itself, I do take some of the sweaters or jackets to the dry cleaners, but overall, it has lasted me a while and it looks good. If you’re clothes is shrinking, then don’t use hot water and if you’re comparing it to Walmart clothing, then you don’t belong at a Ralph Lauren Outlet/Store, you’re better off at Walmart.”
