“Just had a breakdown on the Mass Pike while trying to leave the Lee rest stop. As soon as AAA got through, tow was prompt. They very quickly figured out the problem and were able to give us enough of a fix to continue home (4 hour drive away). There was a chance we might have either had to stay over or get a rental, and they had lots of helpful info posted in the waiting room and were just friendly and positive over the whole experience. I just randomly picked the closest repair to where we were and feel very lucky to have ended up in their capable hands!”
