I purchased two pairs of jeans online in November for a Christmas gift. I contacted them on January 1st to do a return and they would not accept because it was past their 45 days return policy. No exception for Christmas. They also would not even do a store credit, just NO! Bad business in this new online world. It was seriously 55 days since purchase. Technically it was only 48 days if you count the day it was received after shipping!

You can find great things about everything you want to buy there, there are things that are too expensive like jackets in stock perhaps because of the beginning of winter but a nice place.
