The owner of this facility is rude!!! Don't buy anything from them unless you are absolutely sure because you will not get your money back especially if you get the wrong item. They only give store credit which I see no signs stating that when you walk in. So buyers beware!

The owner was rude and abrasive. Not only did he deny entry to a service dog and his owner, he disrespected us. The dog was wearing a vest and identified as a service animal when questioned but he said he didn’t care.

The owner put me on to Darn Tough street wear and hiking socks. They are the best: most comfortable, durable, and guaranteed (for life). Made in Vermont! Happy to have bought them (3 pairs) at Ben's.

I bought pants that didn't fit. No refund, only store credit. I try to spend locally and support the brick and mortar stores. I will order online for free shipping, free returns with money back. This store will never see my dollars again.

Great little store, jeans, shirts, coats, socks, shoes and boots (and more). Quality stuff, just purchased a pair of Carhartt boots and Vermont made Darn Tough socks.

Come for the shoes. Stay for the doggy. Bought a pair of Merrells there. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and their dog is just amazing too. Still have my shoes almost a year later and they are very comfortable. Would definitely shop there again. So worth checking out because they have a better selection than the chain stores and far better prices.

It's hard to tell from the outside but Ben's carries very high quality products, so go inside to check it out. I bought some nice gifts here and was so happy to support a local independent shop.
