These ladies at this store are ABSOLUTELY amazing, helpful, informative and are happy to have a conversation about just about anything while you shop.
Great sales or discounted patterns, prints and rewards.
I didn’t sign up for the credit card, I have enough cards ?. Although, I will say it will help with other purchases outside the store, which is great I guess if you want to build ur credit or use a line of credit other than ur debit card.
I’m replacing my wardrobe with certain items or clothing and Ann Taylor clothes are well made, sturdy (I like to hang dry my clothes nicer styled clothes), sustain color without fading (I mostly wash in cool or warm water).
I shop here about 1-2x’s/mo depending on what I’m looking for

WORST customer service ever! Tried on a pair of pants at their outlet store and they fit perfectly in green, size 4, so I also grabbed a pair of black pants in the exact same style and size. Sign above the pants said they were 40% off - they weren't! Okay, I liked them, so I paid the extra money. Drove home from Mass. to Connecticut and when I got home the black pants - same size, same style - didn't fit at all. Called the store and the Manager told me I have to drive back to Mass. to return them. I asked if I could return them by mail - NO - they can't do that. Too bad for me - then the wonderful manager simply hung up on me. She'll be hearing from me again as will her boss. And, they just lost my business as well.
