Becky was extremely pleasant to speak with. Courteous and helpful over the phone despite having other customers in front of her who needed help as well as other lines ringing off the hook. Thank you for your help, Becky.Edit: Continued conversation with other representatives of Abbott's Limousine and Livery has further cemented that my experience is a great example of the quality of this business. Paul and Maryellen were also incredibly helpful and left me with a great impression. I am only disappointed that Google limits me to 5 stars.

I called for information. A live person answered - !! They couldn't help me out for what I needed, but suggested 2 other companies. What a nice person! I wished I could have used Abbott's as they seem like the type of company that I want to do business with!

In the process of setting up transportation for my 90year old mother, I asked Rebecca about the "mandatory 20% gratuity" about which they hadn't initially informed me. She interrupted me, became hostile and abruptly insisted they had no availability. Then she absolutely refused to do business with me, continuously insisting they had no availability. Fortunately, there are other options out there and I even found a couple that are far less expensive. Do not do business with these people they are rude and arrogant.

We started using Abbott's a few years ago, I should have written a review sooner. They have taken us on several trips from Berkshire County to Boston and Central New Jersey. Our Drivers have ALWAYS been excellent, on time, friendly and accommodating. The cars are always spotless! I would not hesitate to recommend their service!

Not only is Abbot's Limousine service the most comfortable, clean, and COVID-19 safe way of luxury transport, but it's also run by the kindest people I've met.
