“January 7th was a storm to remember! We got 17 inches in my area. I called Anchor Towing to pull my car out from my clients driveway. I’m a caregiver and was trying to get home. The snow was just too deep for my front wheel drive car to get through. I called Anchor Towing to pull my car out. Bobby was already on a call and his other driver was out with Covid. So, I was next in line to be helped. Two and a half hours later, Bobby came to my rescue! He got me out safely and then didn’t even charge me! I greatly appreciate everything you did for me that day Bobby! Even a lesson on operating my vehicle! Thanks again Bobby!”

“I WOULD RECOMMEND NEAB 1000%, NOT BIASED, PLEASE READ BELOW.I was involved in a car accident on 01/08/24. I owned my car, so I never had insurance. My car was towed to NEAB, i thought the police report would be in my favor but it turned out that I was at fault. Due to being uninsured I had to cover the cost of the storage at NEAB but I was in a huge financial difficulty and never had the funds to do so. One of the Saturdays I decided to visit the site and I met with the owner of NEAB named Steve, he assisted me with what I needed out of my car and I explained my situation to him. Steve was very helpful, and his advise was very insightful. He went on to the point of offering to cap my storage fee, if I had made a partial payment. The day we had agreed to pay the fee came but I was short on cash, Steve made it possible for me to get my car towed to my home by offering to reduce my fee to the lowest rate possible. You don’t see such kindness on a day to day basis. No one can imagine how beyond grateful I am. This lifted a huge financial burden. And I will forever be grateful, thank you so much and my God richly bless this business. I would recommend NEAB 10000% times, to anyone.Thank you once again.”

“Anthony.. This man! Such a genuine person. Him and his team were SO very kind and accommodating to my mother (who traveled from the Catskill mountains in NY State all the way to Methuen MA when my car was unexpectedly towed in Jan 2024. They kept it for 13 days and I wouldn't have wanted it anywhere else. Id recommend then 100% for the compassion, knowledge and professionalism they provided to not only myself but exp my mother. They wouldn't even accept cash tips from her, they said 'a thank you and prayers ' would be all they would accept :) Amazing fam at #Shaheens Towing”

“Most of the negative reviews listed here are false, and based on my experience are clearly from people who can't follow instructions. My car was in an accident last week (not my fault) and was towed to NR Auto Repair (under the name Bay State Towing). I called them to find out what I needed to do, as this was the first time this has ever happened to me. Paul was very nice in explaining everything to me, as well as taking a quick look at my car to let me know if he thinks it'd get totaled or not. He also explained that I can either use him for auto body repair, or find another shop. If I find another shop, I would have to arrange towing. He did not pressure me at all, and simply gave me the info needed to be well informed. He also explained, and this is the VERY important part, that in order for me to get access to my car (because I had left some items I forgot to remove) I had to go to the police station & sign a release to relase it to NR Auto Repair. Nothing can be done until I sign the release. Naturally these guys aren't working for free when they tow cars, and signing the release is the procedure to follow to ensure they are paid (from the insurance). So I went to the police station & signed a release. I had decided on having NR Auto Repair do the repairs too, since they are an approved shop by my insurance, so I had to then sign a release at the shop (second release I signed), to officially release it in their care. At that point I was given access to my car to retrieve my items. Had I went with another shop, I believe I would have had to sign something releasing my car into their care, and would not have been able to retrieve items until this was settled either. In the end, my insurance ended up totaling my car, but had it been able to be repaired, I believe my car would've been in good hands. I did have to sign one final release when I went back to clear out the rest of my belongings, so the car could be turned over into the care of my insurance (who then tows it to the final location of their choice, junk yard for parts I assume). They've been in business for 45 yrs, you don't last that long without a good reputation. Believe the good reveiws, ignore the bad ones.”

“Roadside assist requested via USAA, Rodz Towing dispatched, texted in minutes when truck was in route with link showing truck location. Angel arrived in approx. 30min vs the estimated system generated est. of 1.5-2hrs. Angel called upon arrival to the location to see exactly where I was, loaded the vehicle, and off we went to the shop. Very personable and good conversation all of the way there. Unloaded vehicle, handshake with a smile, while looking me square in the eye. Don’t hesitate to call Rodz if you need a tow.Semper Fi!”

“I needed a tow as my truck broke down in Salem off 93. I called Coady’s an they just happen to have Willy available to respond. He arrived in less than 45 minutes which far exceeded my expectations. He hooked my truck up and was headed down the road in minutes. He was professional, organized and efficient.
