This bank needs more people to help open accounts. One teller and one behind a desk while two others count money in the back 40 minutes before closing is ridiculous.

This branch is probably the worst TD Bank I have ever been to in my life. The manager has no idea how to do her job, and she is beyond rude to people who don’t speak Spanish.

TD Bank offers FX service. But, beware, it will offers VERY unfavorable exchange rate to customers. BC it uses THIRD party to do exchange. For example, the EUR/USD is 1.181 today, TD setup rate at 1.254!

Due to having my account on hold for over 2 months I might have difficulty paying my rent and bills. And they don't care that I presented evidence that I was the victim of a scam of what I thought was a real job. Even Middlesex community College fell in that trap.

not so much the branch . i signed up for TD debit advance. I dont like the idea that sometimes it allows you to withdraw and sometimes it doesnt.. sometimes i get it and sometimes i dont and i dont understand. whats the point of offering the service and being able to turn it on or off if its not going to work when you actually want it? this service just cuts you off out of nowhere. stupidly enough though they can allow up to 5 transactions per day??? and i dont even go that far to withdraw 5 times a day or multiple times.also if it worked for me last time in the pattern i intend it should just let me use it. they should let you know why This time it doesnt work vs last time and should allow more flexibility to use it if you call about what you want todo and have a max you can have negative. im trying to advance myself with cash and im letting my week by week check bring it back up. last time i took out 300 dollars from being negative about 150 dollars, so it worked that time. this time im negative about 136 dollars and i cant take out anything.i dont like the random cut you off system with no guide chart or flexibility. the random discretion stuff is very blind and stupid. and with the way ive been using it of late should be fine. it just waste time when im hoping for it and that aint good customer service, its redundant.

Went on a Sunday. I received prompt and effective service. The teller was very friendly and the bank manager even came out to give my young son an activity book to use while waiting for my work to be completed. It looks a little rough on the outside, but more than worth the visit.

Needs to improve customer service through the phone. Didn't feel fully comfortable discussing my account at some point because of the way the rep was speaking or wording info to me.
