My daughter's cell phone, an old s6 not worth much, was stolen while she was shopping at Target. Since it is a child account I could see the device on GPS and it showed up at Stars Multiservices 30 minutes after going missing. I called the store asking if they would please help me recover her phone and they pretended not to understand English. I can only conclude that this business knowingly engages in trade involving stolen devices.
