If I could give zero stars I would. This was one of the stores I liked for jeans but after todays incident, I will not be returning. I went in today to return a pair a jeans that were the wrong size. To my surprise I did not notice that the zipper was damaged. The cashier who was assisting me in the beginning pointed it out and was kind about the situation and was willing to accept the return but she had to check with her manager. The manager came to the front and was extremely rude. I’m not sure where she learned customer service but you do not correct a customer in regards to buying the incorrect size and on top of that insulting me about my weight. She claimed that the reason the zipper was damaged was because the size I bought was too small for me and that’s why it was broken. I explained to her that I had bought the jeans with that zipper broken and did not notice. She cut me off and continued to say “well of course it’s broken, it’s a small”. Whoever is the owner or higher than her position needs to check in with their employees because comments like that are unacceptable. I hope no one has to go through the embarrassment that I had to go through today.

The prices are alittle over expensive but the clothes is really nice, just don't think is worth the price.. but the store is very nice organized and the staff are also nice
