So I just got done withdrawing my money from their ATM and two homeless women were in there. One was about to light up what seems to be a pipe. Who is actually keeping surveillance in this bank? Most importantly how are they able to access the doors?

Having nice tellers, doesn't make them professional. Tellers cheat chatting among themselves, prolonging the wait time, customers complaining and asking why are there 4 tellers windows opened, however only one in service. Cutting people due to doing business transactions when in fact I myself have waited half an hour to be helped when im doing a business transaction, and have waited like everyone else. Maybe a customer service tutorial should be put in place. Poor

This is a good bank but not great and i say this after even having my cousin work here at the moment in which you see her in my picture but i say its not great cause they dont occupy the tellers station.. Occupying only 2 or 3 at a time with only 1 long line so sometimes you might have to wait but that is IF THERE ARE ALOT OF PEOPLE only! If not then you'll definitely have an easy time with courteous tellers which are very nice and respectable and speak English and Spanish.
