Poorly run company. I had a 8:20 appointment. Walking into my appointment I get a email saying it’s been cancelled due to to building maintenance. Since I was walking in I knew that that building in fact wasn’t close due to building maintenance but learned someone called out and they only had one person working so the cancelled everyone’s appointments last second because of that I had to check in as a walk in which had 10 people and end up waiting 1:30 minutes over my schedule time. I am not sure why they would lie and not honor the appointments.

If I could give it a -2 starts, that's what I’ll give them. They have a 2:30-3:30 sing for their break, and I waited over 15 minutes to have someone open the door. When the door was open, I asked something, and the person said, I'll be back; she never came back. They don't take into consideration other people's time.

Scheduled an appointment well in advanced for today at 8:30 am. 4 people waiting outside the door. Place supposed to open at 8:30 but doors were closed at 8:45 so we started knocking at the front door with no response. Then I happen to check my email to find out that the appointment was just canceled due to maintenance. Really? Could not send the message earlier so I could go to work? Could not post a sign at the door and not waste people's valuable time? Place looks like trash and I do not recommend anybody to go to this dump.

I did a walk-in appointment and was seen within 5 minutes. Giselle was my phlebotomist and she was fantastic. I would highly recommend this place.

I was supposed to get my blood drawn, but not only was I sent the address for the office that was closed, when I got to this office the woman doing the blood work had left even tho they weren’t supposed to close until five. Don’t book any appointments late in the day here. They suck.

I visited this lab for the first time. Easy parking and the girl who drew the blood was the best one so far. I have gone to others where the girl drove the needle into my arm. This one knew what she was doing...

Unprofessional! I’m a phleb as well and expected a good experience. To had made an appointment for twins and to show up and you guys are close!
