Packard Pharmacy is an often overlooked gem in South Lawrence. When all CVS and Walgreens had weeks-long waits for COVID and Flu shots, Robin and her team at Packard had it available in an easy walk-in format.Well done!

Always friendly and helpful. Staff remembers customers by name. I support local businesses, and Packard Pharmacy is a great example of why!

I called to verify stock on a particular medication. The person I spoke to on the phone was somewhat unfriendly, but said that they did have it in stock. When my wife arrived they refused to fill the prescription because she only brought in the prescription portion she cut out from the full size sheet of paper the doctor gave her. They said that sometimes the doctor writes a note on the prescription. (They do I checked, but it has to to be within the borders of the script itself which is what my wife provided to the pharmacist) She asked if she were to bring in the blank part of the page that she cut out would they fill it. They refused because it had been "tampered with". The script itself had not been tampered with. They obviously don't want or need your business so I would stay clear of this place unless it's a life or death situation.
