Went into the store and the sale associates not even reply to the good morning I said to them. It was a Sunday morning I thought I must be hard to be working on a Sunday and kind of brush it off.Then I started to look for shoes for me, I ask one of the boys working that day and he was not only not helpful but rude. Mind you the store was almost empty and they were just wondering around.I found the shoes that I wanted, for me and my boys. And again the boy at the register not even reply my greeting but completely ignore us.The quality of the costumer service at that stores is non existent, even my husband that loves to shop shoes for our boys was relieve to leave the store.

It's a nice store & I bought some super comfy running socks here. Their sneakers are a little frumpy so I didn't get any. The staff is nice, it's clean & it's definitely cheaper than some of their more stylish competitors. It's okay but not awesome.

It's always great to shop local and the prices are just right. All the staff was friendly and the environment was great. The entire facility was very clean and access to everything was just great.

This place has sales that can't be beat! Great selection on sneakers for whatever you do! Running and work out attire as well. Usually plenty of staff working place is neat and clean Igor a pair of running sneakers and a pair of jogging pants for 50$ today!

Joes New balance outlet, has horrible customer service telling their customers to pay for return shipping wait days or a week for money to return to the bank and repurchase the correct shoe online! Just for an exchange! This is a very outdated process that takes forever. What's the purpose of calling customer service if they are going to tell you they're sorry that's their policy, and customers have to pay for return postage and place another order online for the correct shoe size. Joes New Balance Outlet you can send paid postage to the customer's email it's not hard to do, it's part of having a business! It sounds like the customer is doing Joes New Balance Outlet customer service JOB for free! It's a shame I really loved this website and bought a lot of shoes, but never again I will not take another chance to go through this outdated process again. Joes New Balance Outlet will TAKE a chance to LOSE their customers on a price of a RETURN POSTAGE!!!

So I stopped going here. Why? Because they little to no selection of WIDE sizes. If you have wide feet you are out of luck so its a waste of my time. I go to Bob's or Kohl's in Salem they have a great selection of wide shoes.

Literally the worst company I've ever ordered a product from. I ordered 10.5 4E shoes and they sent me a regular wide. Called customer service completely unhelpful. They dont include return labels so I had to go to their website and do it my self amd print them. If i want the actual shoe i ordered originally I have to reorder after I get refunded. Why do I have to jump through hoops to get what I actually ordered and my money back. I will never order shoes from this company or wear there products for the rest of my life. I will encourage everyone I know to do the same.
