Really really bad customer service by a male and don’t know about his job whoever answered the phone today at 2:20pm. I was looking for an iPhone to buy and asked if they had any, they said they didn’t have, I asked if I could buy they would deliver for me to pick up at their location they said they could do that, then when I asked how I could do that online they said they don’t sell iPhones online and hung up while I was still talking. Really really bad customer service, whoever was working at that time needs to get a better training.

I had the worst experience yesterday with the 2 ladys working there, very disrespectful and racist, thinking is okay to talk in spanish about others and their races those ladies need to get fired or I will make sure to report this store everywhere

Worst experience I’ve ever had in the years that I had metro. They didn’t care of my needs, kept hanging up my calls, and were severely rude. Overall, I will not physically go to this store no matter how close I am to it.

This Metro store is very nice. A bit longer for each customer but they take the time to help you. At the time of me making this the store is very hot inside. Even with the AC on. And you do need to have a mask on to enter. There is not a lot of parking so you may need to walk a little.

Thank you Emily for your patience and a well done job. My experience with your professionalism made me so grateful to be switching service from at&t to metro pcs by t-mobile. Taking two hours to do what was completed in 20 minutes by the only intellectual female from at&t which the two highly unprofessional, lying, employees/ coworkers from at&t could not and would not assist Emily and I in converting service. Emily handled the whole situation with class and did everything in a respectable manner.
