The staff is amazing?! I've been helped by 3 different employees since being a customer?, they have great personalities and they seem to know what they are doing ???. But seriously, I have been to metro on Essex and the one on Broadway ( in Lawrence), both locations have the best employees?! They all deserve raises ??♀️

It's unbelievable how I am standing at a Metro PCS in Lawrence where the sales associates are playing indececent songs that lyrics contain profanity words generating specifically to sexual explicity and genitalia right in front of customers. And when a customer states to the sales rep how this is an inappropriate ambiance in a business setting his answer was...,"Well you hear that everywhere." I think not. I have never felt so disgusted and uncomfortable to be in such an atmosphere. Never again will I step foot or do business with such an unprofessional group of people at this institution.
