Terrible customer service, cashiers give you a very bad attitude, they treat you very badly and do not explain anything clearly. They should work with animals, not people. The only kind person is the elderly lady who receives you at the entrance.

I went there to fill an application today, the women who attended me was really rude. Didn’t explain to me clearly the process. I left more confused. What really did it was when she stated that they don’t accept my signature because she couldn’t read it? Like its my signature . She told me to sit and wait while and I over heard her talking negatively about my application with the other workers. She printed all these papers and didn’t tell me if my card will be received by mail or anything really. I want to say I felt discriminated against the service was too rude and unprofessional my first time there don’t recommend. I just really need this card for my credit but if it weren’t for that- I’d go elsewhere.

I have been an account holder here for 7+ years . Sadly, it seems customer service reps are overworked or are not happy with their job.Tellers have always assisted me with what I needed. But, you leave feeling like a nuisance when tellers appear visibly annoyed and come across as stand offish.

We went in to inquire about home equity line of credit after having an appt for 9am and it was 930 and there was still no one there to greet us . We checked in with the teller and she was really rude and told us to sit and wait . Then she called the manager or some guy who we heard say “ they need to wait “ this was awful ! We left and are not going back there again !

I do not recommend going to Lawrence for any wire transfers . I went in to Initiate a wire transfer which also had a $25 fee and hours later it’s still not completed . There excuse was “ it’s still processing “

I been a member for a long time and to be honest I have enough with this bank all the time I used the phone banking I wait 40 minutes to speak with a person the keep playing that stupid music till the point you get annoying and hang up

Awful awful banks! Stay away from metro banks. They could be stealing your personal info and credit card info. Too much fraud here

They don’t help you with fraud issue they instead provide you with a 1877 number to call. when you call the wait 40 minutes to get in contact with someone and they do not have a Spanish line to assist customer with their primary language! If They have a branch in a diverse city (like Lawrence) they must provide Spanish speaking representatives. I called for my 3 times and they kept on transferring me and getting disconnected! Closing the account ASAP!!

Person had no clue on what they were doing. A 25 minute transaction took 2 hours. had to call for a lost check, the girl asked me the number, I advised I don't have that since it was a bank issued check. Advised I would be receiving something to complete to put a stop on the check. One week later and nothing. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated well.

Customer support is non existent. Don't bother calling any branch. You will be on hold for hours and still not have your call answered. I tried emailing....no success.

Have been very irritated latley due to covid restrictions. However. The atm is actually working better now (finally) and the lady who let me in to use the coinstar today was very courteous and pleasant. Kindness and attention brought this review from 2 to 4 stars.

Drive thru teller is abysmal.. slow, slow, slow. People fill out slips when they drive up rather than ahead of time. Should have a box in the line with slips and instructions that they need to be filled out before getting to the window. They need a location in methuen or haverhill.
