I bought my first car at Mass Motorsports and it was one of my best decisions. All of the employees are very helpful and they have a mechanic that is always willing to check on your vehicle. Whenever I have a car issue, I can count on them to help me out. I have recommended family and friends to go there when searching for a car because they have good customer service and work with your budget! I would recommend their services again and again because they will help you find what’s best for you and you can rely on them when it comes to your vehicles.

Bought a 2009 Tacoma from this dealership. 2 1/2 months later the car started vibrating heavily on the highway. Took it into a shop and the car needs
2 Rear Wheel Bearings
2 Front Ball Joints
1 Seized Caliper
Abs Module had been giving intermittent problems
And the frame is rusted and rotted out which no shop will fix.

Bought a car in April of last year. The check engine light came on a day after owning it. After taking it to a local mechanic we discovered $2,000 worth of damage. When we brought up the issues. They completely ignored calls and emails. We filed a lawsuit on mass motor sports. And after a year of them no showing up to court the judge awarded us with the $2,000. They had 30 days to pay and never did.

I am extremely disappointed with this dealership. I purchased a car from them, only to discover it had numerous problems shortly after. Despite their initial attempts to fix the issues, the problems persisted, and the car remained unreliable. When I requested a refund due to the car's persistent issues, they flat out refused, citing some obscure policy. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to rectify the situation is appalling. They sold me a faulty car, failed to adequately fix it, and now they won't even consider giving me my money back. This dealership's disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency is astounding. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them to look elsewhere.
