I was not operating under a strict timeline but my cameras were installed to satisfaction. Joshua was very knowledgeable about his products and help guide me to get what I needed versus what I thought I needed. He even helps troubleshoot after the cameras were installed months ago. I would him use again.

I had an old apple Macbook that was ruined due to coffee spill and subsequent drop off of a table. It was sitting for a few years but it had years of our family photo’s. I took it to Joshua, he was super helpful, and was able to transfer all of the photos (and other files) to a flash drive. Great service and results.

Josh has helped me with my computer so many times, and it has always been a success. He has repaired my laptop and fixed my computer remotely as well. I have not had any issues since he has fixed the issues I was having. I recommend him highly to everyone! He has the best prices and does quality work!

I'm really impressed with this shop! The owner (Joshua) is really friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all electronics. He has great deals on computers, televisions, and security systems (repairs and sales) - plus I'm sure more. When I made the appointment to have my phone fixed, he contacted me to confirm the date/time, and give me ideas for parking near his store. Also, while I was waiting for the repair, he suggested local businesses for food and drink. While I was there, one of the local students that Joshua mentors came into the shop and you could tell they really liked working together. The prices were really fair, and the service was amazing. He even followed up to make sure that everything was working perfectly. I recommend that everyone with electronics needs goes to Jerez Electronics, as I'm fully confident that they can help you!

He cleaned my laptop once and did it so quickly perfectly and reasonably priced that I exclusively go to jerez electronics for all my gadget service. Bear logo is pretty cool too. Just got a US power cable for my laptop to replace my European cable.. thewaare so nice and great at Customer service. Love them.
