If I could give this place a zero I would.I have been going to this place for about 4 years and the last 2 have been horrific.The only reason why I came back to this office is because it has most of my information stored in their system.I even got a discount last year from the horrible treatment I got. No matter what, I will definitely not be back to this place next year.They almost never answer their phone, I had an appointment with them at 12 and was not seen till after 1 pm. I was told they would put the rest of my information into My taxes so it can be completed. The next day there was no new information in my account and now I have to wait 4 more days until they open and maybe answer their phone. This place is ridiculous

Used to go here for years when Linda worked here. Prices were great. Got a quote this year of 400.00 for a simple tax return!! Called Jackson Hewitt in Lowell and was charged $ 160.00. Glad I went through them instead! Saved myself 250.00!!!
