“I called PCMax and talked to Kevin and he let me know that he felt he could fix the problem with my laptop. I brought it in on Thursday afternoon and I picked it up Friday afternoon and everything was running great. He let me know up front what the cost would be. He then called me Friday morning to let me know it was ready. The price was reasonable and didn’t change from the original estimate. It was obvious that Kevin is highly knowledgeable and I would recommend him to all my friends.”
“Switched to T-Mobile after a disaterous run with Verizon. Joe and his team have great experience and service acumen. Joe and his team went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service, helped me to push my rebates, and discounts through and cut my bill $75 bucks a month with the same service and features.
I drove from Boston to save on taxes, but I will continue to return to this store because of the level of service Tuscan Village provided, as well as the experience store itself.

It was the Greenville store that let someone make a purchase on my account it has been a week now and I've got the runaround from the 611 number the fraud department etc. and the only person that has kept their word and try to help me fix anything is Dexter in the Tarboro store and he had nothing to do with the situation so my apologies to you Dexter for putting the wrong store down and thank you Dexter for reaching out and keeping your word and explaining so much more to me. My apologies for making a mistake about the store.”

Great person, very professional, helpful , and the nicest thing about her is that She makes you very comfortable even if you run in to some difficulties , she goes out of her way to help you out and is the reason we keep coming back to this location.

The associate who helped me, I believe his name was Allam, was very helpful and kind. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I told him what my budget was and he followed through down to the last detail. I left the store having spent much less than I anticipated. Thanks for a pleasant experience.”
