“I am a Northern New England AAA member for years, but work in Southern NH. And, yes, as good as it gets. Not sure if it was a dead battery, and after calling at 5 pm on a weeknight I knew it would take a while. They booked me and kept me alerted every step of the way. The mobile battery truck came 2 hours later (yes, patience is a virtue) and was like a spa for cars on wheels. He was professional, precise, and in less than an hour found out the problem, did a diagnostic check, and installed a new battery good for up to 6 years. I realize we all whine and want immediate service, but this technician had three calls ahead of mine and so I waited. Thank you AAA.”
