This company is a scam and steals money from you. Don’t trust this place! I left my car for 5 minutes and they already wanted to tow my car. They are money hungry and unprofessional. Thieves!!!!!! Made me pay $60 just so he can take the hook off. If I can give negative review I would!

I had formally sent a picture of my car stating it was a rental as they previously had instructed be to do so to avoid towing and unfortunately, a few days later, car gets towed. What is the point of communicating this if they do not respect and follow their own instructions?!

Be mindful of who’s towing your car! They are so money hungry that they don’t pay attention to what a towable offense is. That dog is also starving on the lot. APS should be notified. Angel should be let go for threatening people and being hugely irresponsible.Service: Car towing

I’m sure they don’t care about my review as I see many just like it but I have never dealt with such an unprofessional business in my life.They towed our car because they said the temp plate wasn’t valid for the car (which we later found out it was) they charged $180 to tow it 1 mile then told us we needed to pay an additional $80 to tow it to our house. This happened on Saturday at 5:30 pm. They told me they were busy but would definitely bring it by 8:00 pm to make sure someone was home to pay the $80.8:30 PM comes and our car never shows up. We call several times and nobody answers. We call early Sunday morning (Easter Sunday - the same guy who told us we would have it by 8pm Saturday answers and very rudely says it will be there soon and hangs up on me.) Again, we wait and they never bring the car and of course we call and nobody answers.We waited all day for the car to be delivered, but again No car and no return phone call. Monday morning we call and the woman answers and says they will bring it in an hour and it’s $180! What happened to $80 that you quoted me Saturday?I called another tow company and they came and delivered to my house for $100. I will go write them another great review to add to the many they already have.Hook and Go is a joke and shouldn’t even be in business with the way they run.Call Martinez towing instead! Professional, fair prices and they do what they say they will do!Service: Car towing

they towed my car noticed a dent and they tried to say it wasn't them. mind you the dent was smeared with grease. i know for sure I don't walk around with my hands full of grease as a living

Worst experience ever they are so unprofessional I recommend you call anyone else . The dispatch is a a hole very rude. They will tell you 20 minutes and show up 2 hrs later. They remember you number so when u call they won’t pick up. Worst tow company everService: Car towing
