You can't even take a warm shower in this hotel. Showers should be taken with cold water. There was no detailed explanation at the front desk, they said they were sorry and did not know how to solve the problem. I have been using this hotel once a month for 10 years and now I will never come back. Today's weather is 32°F.

Stayed here for a couple of days for a trip I took to look at a truck. First morning I wake up and the parking lot is flooded on 1 side of the building from all the rain. The staff did their best to alert everyone to move their vehicles.

Worst IHG hotel I’ve ever stayed. BED BUGS!! I checked in yesterday and checked out this morning and this is how I look like now. Also the heater is not working properly the room stays at no higher than 70 degrees. I’ll have to dispose all my clothes to prevent bringing the bed bugs home. Stay away!!

Room was decent size if you had one huge suitcase, however with two it made it a bit different functional comfortably with 2 adults.Breakfast never disappoints for it being a buffet.

Driveway is very difficult to find if you're not from there, my Uber driver had trouble seeing the entrance as well as myself. Staff was great. Room was nice. I didn't care for the carpet in the room personally.Rooms: I think it was steep on price, but with that said it is pretty close to Boston, I locked my key in my room several times, staff made it worth the price with their reactions to my goof up.Noteworthy details: Breakfast was pretty good. My son loved the muffins and pancakes

Awful!!! 155$ or more a night!! For a filthy moldy bathroom, stand in 2"of water in shower clog drain. Towel bars, an toilet tissue holders almost out of walls hardware. Their amenities They claim fitness room doesn't have clean wipes to re- sanitize its disgusting. Ice machines an elevator brike the 2 weeks i had to stay! They wouldn't discount me only offered moving. ? They don't care cuz they always sell out. Awful franchise, steer clear. This is excellent service for 155$ a night!!!! Ide rather sleep in a mattress outside, and if your a healthcare worker their's no discount either worse franchise in my traveling experience!!!! I ate Garbage last night I thought the wrapper said holiday inn...

The breakfast eggs were burnt. The scrambled was dry and burnt, the omelet was baked to a brown color. Brown. Pancakes were blah even though they were freshly cooked from batter by a machine (or maybe because of it?). The coffee was horribly bitter. I took one sip and dumped the rest.

Hard to find off the highway. Drove by it the first time. Bit of an odd scent in the halls of the third floor, but inside the room was not a problem. Service was great and room was what we needed for a quick stay. Bed was super comfy!Rooms: Clean

As good as any holiday inn express. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was better than most hotels in this price range which is why I try to stay at this hotel chain. It was kind of hard to fine tucked behind the Dunkin’ Donuts and a closed friendlys. There is only a small sign in the street.

The beds here are the most comfortable hotel beds we have had in a long time! Pillows are just as awesome. Breakfast had many wonderful choices. Plenty of parking available and friendly staff

I will start with the good. The bed was really really comfortable. Lots of pillows The room was clean. Although someone left a *gift* between the matrices. The bathroom was well lit. The free breakfast was better than most places I have stayed and the team working it was fun, friendly, overall nice.Now for the not so great. I stood at the desk for about 10 min before anyone came in to check me in. He was nice and courteous. But I was told there is an auto hold of $50 on my card. That is not on the web site. He then let me know the elevator was broken so I would have to take the stairs. It was raining so the tv went in and out. In the bathroom they have rods for the toilet paper. So everytime I used it, the roll would pop off and roll across the floor. When I went to check out about 9:15. The man, different than the one the night before, said nothing. I handed him my keycard and said I would like to check out. He replied OK and took my cards. I was not given my bill. My room should have been 158.11 but my card was charged 208.11. So I am going to have to call to have that $50 refunded.
