Came in to get a replacement tire and First Class Tire Shop was quick and professional. My tire was replaced in 10 minutes. Fantastic service and great owner and employees!

Driving on I93, We had a low pressure warning came up. Went to a gas station and saw this massive nail in the tire. Googled and read a few reviews. This place came higly recommended. They took us in right away and priced right. In and out in less than 25 minutes

First Class was so clutch for me today when I experienced a leak in both front tires - after Manny assessed the problem he concluded it was the rim which he fixed while I waited so I could get back to work on time! Thanks, Gentlemen!!

Raphael is a wonderful businessman. He and his team are very quick, professional, and friendly. they had my tires removed, installed, balanced, and back on the car in less than 15 minutes all for a reasonable price!

These guys are an absolute gem. We came in from out of town with a flat tire and no hope. Rafael and his guys got right to work and we were on our way in minutes rather than hours. Would recommend these guys over and over again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A bunch of amatuers with no professionalism. Brought a set of 20" wheels to get tires mounted. The machine for bigger wheels was acting up so instead of stopping and telling me they couldn't do the job, they decided to run it on the small diameter tire changer. Scratched and dented every single spoke on all 4 wheels. Owner had told me he would handle it, and get a quote to get them fixed. 2 months went by and i had to go down there and bring the wheels myself to get a quote on fixing them. When the owner of first class heards the quote he said he would pay for half. When i told him this was his responsibility he told me to take him to court....

DO NOT GO HERE! I am NOT someone who takes time out of my day to write reviews but I am DISGUSTED by the morals of the owner of this establishment. His crew messed up my boyfriends tires and we were told BY THE OWNER that he would pay for them to get fixed. After TWO MONTHS of waiting, we finally received a quote by the other establishment that the tires were sent to, to be fixed, and now the owner of First Class is refusing to keep his word and only offering to pay for HALF, even though it was HIS CREW that screwed up! He said, "if you dont like it, take me to court". So here we go, to small claims! Good luck
