This Enterprise location has truly set the gold standard in customer service. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, creating an atmosphere that feels more like family than a business transaction. As a frequent business traveler, the personal touch of everyone knowing your name is a game-changer. Despite having another Enterprise location closer, the exceptional service at this branch makes it worth the extra drive. TAKE PICTURES WHEN YOU RETURN YOUR RENTAL CAR OR YOU WILL GET SCAMMED BY THIS ENTERPRISEOr just never rent from this enterprise location. After returning my rental car (after one month), it was in the same condition as when I first picked it up. Upon returning the vehicle, I took pictures all around the outside and inside of the car. When I dropped it off, one of the Enterprise reps also did a 360 scan of the vehicle and said it looked great.Fast forward a week and I received a notice that the vehicle I returned was damaged and that they filed a claim against me. I called Enterprise immediately and spoke to Troy Cabral. He said there was a dent and yellow paint on the drivers side rear passenger door. When I said that I had pictures from the time of drop off, he said (in a surprised voice) “oh… you do?”. Yup. He told me to send him the photos, so I did.When I sent Troy the photos of the car, he replied saying, “In the first picture you sent, you can see that the driver’s side rear quarter panel is in good condition. When the car returned it was dented and had some yellow paint marks, which is why there was a claim written. The vehicle has been taken to the shop at this point and if you have not already, you will receive pictures of the damage part of the car.”Troy was clearly confused on when the photos were taken. I replied saying, “Hi Troy, The photo that you’re referencing as having no damage is included below (again) with the timestamp of when I returned it on Monday 10/30 at 4:45 pm. Any damage that you’re seeing now occurred after I dropped it off, and therefore I will not be held responsible or be paying for any of the alleged damages. If you could please have the supervisor of this location contact me if you’re not able to resolve this, that would be great.”I asked him 3 times for photos of the alleged damage, and Enterprise (him and other reps at the location) continued to claim that no one had them. When I asked for the name of the body shop, they would not tell me. Fishy.I replied once more to Troy, and never got a response.When I spoke to Geico about this 2 weeks after these unsatisfactory communications with Troy, they said that Enterprise was no longer pursuing the claim. If there truly was damage, why would you retract your claim?? Geico also said that Enterprise never submitted photos. So they just were trying to scam me by saying there was damage that was never there. How disgusting and disappointing.In conclusion, never rent from this enterprise location and ALWAYS take photos when you drop off the car.Side note: This location is disgusting inside. It smells like cigarettes, the bathroom is filthy, and the place looks completely run down. I will never be back.

Do not rent your car here, I got a van because my car had to be at a mechanic for a week. Took a van that was soo beat up that I had to return it in just a few minutes because the damages were too extensive just so they can document them. Fast forward two weeks after only using the car for less than 60 miles I return it. Checked out then get an email two weeks that the car was damaged followed by 630 dollar bill a month after. This people did not even know which van I had they had to call ne to ask me the plate number thank God I kept that voice-mail. I'll make sure they never do this to anyone again ill fight tooth and nail. Stay away from this crooks. It's not the money because I have insurance it's the principle. I'll attach more pictures as I advance these complains.

This location is awful. They never have cars when you show up with a reservation. They say they’ve left voicemails when they have NOT. This has happened to us THREE times at this location. I called corporate and filed a complaint and followed up with the location manager who was of absolutely no help. Corporate doesn’t care either. You’ll see if you try and rent a car from these clowns.

Zero stars if possible. This Enterprise location is abysmal. We went to pick up a car that we had reserved earlier in the week and were told "oh sorry. We don't have cars. We left you a voicemail". They did not in fact leave a voicemail. We have experienced this scenario at this location 3 separate times. We rented a car, arrived to pick it up and told the same thing. I have called the corporate headquarters and the spoken to the manager at this location and no one takes accountability. If you're actually looking to rent a car, I would never count on this location, or enterprise at all. They are incredibly unprofessional, lacking integrity and should be renting clown cars. As you can see enterprise replied to my review. I provided very specific details via email immediately and still haven't heard A THING from the Lawrence location or corporate. Just awful customer service. Go somewhere else!
