Bought a Dining table set, and the table has snapped in half at 8 months old! Warranty is only for 6, so they know they use cheap materials for junk tables.

I bought a bunk bed and a dining room set from the East West Furniture warehouse. Both items are well made of solid wood. They are very sturdy and easy to put together. More importantly, they have many open boxes on sale at very affordable prices. I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

STAY FOR AWAY. I bought a table through Amazon, and it was apparently directly through this seller. They do not offer free or discounted shipping for returns. Why on earth would I pay $345 to return a table that I bought for $165? They are not willing to work with me, refuse to answer my questions, and Amazon just lost me as a customer because of this - you both can keep each other!

I recently had a problem ordering a table through Amazon from this company. After many weeks of not getting issue fixed. I contacted the maker directly. Am so glad I did! David was a blessing. We tried to get Amazon to find the other half of my table but they would not. David finally said they would send Pedestal to complete the table! Thank you for your help and service. I will order from you again with future needs. Great quality furniture!

It’s My 4th time Pickup up Load here.I have been greeted by Shipping Office Lady who is very friendly and helpful always smiling. The Loaders are nice respectful and are very fast and dedicated. I see active teamwork every time.., Honestly, best experience. I wouldn’t hesitate coming back everyday if I had too.9am check in.Not sure if overnight parking but if so maybe 4-6 Trucks can comfortably fit in.FYI: check in to ask

Purchase 11/2020 from Wayfair. Chair broke in half 11/2020. Response: Per our company's policy, the factory warranty is only for replacement. Also, we only have a 6-month warranty that covers defective products, not wear and tear. Your order was placed on November 2020, so it's out of our warranty. I ordered a kitchen table, and received everything except the pedestal base! I've sent a few emails and have tried to call, yet I haven't not been able to reach anyone to rectify this situation. I feel very disappointed because the table is very beautiful. However, I can't use it because they did not ship the pedestal base.

It’s not often that I come across a really well made product, but when I do I think it should be applauded. Hence this review. I ordered their 3 piece dining set from Amazon and it exceeded my best expections. Screw and bolt holes all lined up. No missing parts. Simple directions. The parts matched/fit neatly. Workmanship tops. Paint and stain, smooth and consistent throughout. And the wood is of good weight and solidly constructed like things used to be. No laminate. A good return for the money!

I purchased an East West 7 piece dining set in May 2021. I unpacked it and assembled it. It was packed very well and assembled easily. Fast forward a couple of months. The finish on the edges on 4 of the seats began to chip. I contacted East West at the behest of Overstock.com and they sent me a Minwax furniture touch up pen. The stain would not pernitrate the wood. I once again contacted East West and emailed them pictures. They agreed to replace 4 seats. I explained to the customer service rep that there were 6 seats and since 4 had failed it was only a matter of time until issues developed with the other 2. After some debate common sense prevailed and all 6 seats were replaced. In February of 2022 I noticed a hairline crack in the table top. I once again contacted Overstock and they told me to contact East West. I emailed them with pictures and my contact info and was not contacted. I called them on several occasions and the calls went directly to voicemail. I once again called Overstock.com and explained my problem to their customer service person. She told me that there was nothing that could be done since the set was 10 months old and it was only warranted for 6 months. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and explained the problem once again. I told him that although the set was 10 months old I had to think that defective material was used to make the table top and the crack was clearly not due to normal wear and tear. He put me on hold and spoke with East West. He stated that East West would not replace the top but I could purchase a new one for for $289 plus $100 shipping. I'm sure Overstock.com does a great deal of business with East West. If someone at either one of these companies wanted to satisfy me as a customer they could have easily have done so. Here's the key takeaway: Overstock.com and East West Furniture do not seem to care about your satisfaction once they have your money. Do yourself a favor and stay away from both of them. You'll be much better off! Tom K
