My car was full of dirt, sand, road salt, and mysterious smells from three summers and winters of hiking, camping, skiing, and an active pup. I finally hit my breaking point and found these guys online. I sent an email to book an appointment for an interior detail and Ronald was very responsive. Kevin, the technician, arrived on time and did an incredible job making the inside of my car look (and smell) like new. He was friendly and professional throughout, despite being outside in the 90 degree heat. The service took about two hours total. The somewhat steep (though competitive) price made this a splurge for me, but in the end it was worth it--I no longer have that "ick" feeling every time I get in my car. Highly recommend these guys.

Fantastic work. Made an appointment to have them come to our house to clean our 2 cars in and out as an early Father's Day gift for my husband. After the All-Star crew finished, the cars looked like the day we had driven them off the dealership! I have used brick and mortar detailing shops in the past, and while they do great work, the All-Star crew took this to a new level of excellence. You have raised the bar for others in the business! Worth the extra $ to have such a shop come to you for a quality outcome.

Ronald and Omar were amazing. My wife got me a gift certificate for Christmas based on great reviews and they exceeded expectations. My 2 year old Audi Q7 looks brand new. They made a few scratched disappear and treated the car like a new born baby. I highly recommend All-Star Mobile Auto Detailing.

These folks are incredible. I spilled an entire gallon of apple cider directly underneath the driver seat and didnt realize until 2 days later on my way to work when it had fermented so badly that I thought someone had taken my car for a joy ride while i was sleeping. I was originally a little bummed that the day available was a few days out, but after experiencing the service i have no doubt that they were truly booked full until my appointment date. I work long hours so i needed the job done early in the morning to be available by the afternoon and they certainly delivered. While it was clearly an improvement on the fermented apple smell, there was the thought that it may need a second round of treatment which they offered completely free of charge. Sure enough they were right, and they came out within 24 hours of the 2nd round request and even let me keep the machine overnight so that it could get the full time running needed and they picked it up in the morning. Ronald was fantastic, and super educational as well, easily able to explain why certain things may be a better idea than others. It was overall, a seamless and referral-worthy experience with this company/group. 10/10 gonna call them again for my inevitable next spill sidenote: They were also kind enough to give me an update that the arrival time was a little later than anticipated, which was refreshing given the mobile services and contractors i've dealt with in the past year who never give updates and act incredulous when you ask them to at least keep you up to speed.

All-Star live up to their name. The interior of my car looks brand new! I was totally shocked when I looked inside. All the years of dirt, pet hair, food bits, and smudges on the seats, floor carpet gone! The pet hair removal is an extra $45 fyi but they put a carpet protector that should be easier for me to get out on my own. I appreciated that thoughtful touch. Love the convenience of online booking and texting for communications. Worth every penny & they do it contactless too.

I cannot express how impressed I am with the service from All-Star. The detailing was extremely thorough and my car looks brand new again!! They spent 3.5 hours on my car in the heat cleaning each and every area of my car. It is absolutely worth it! What's even better is they come straight to my house so it is very convenient for those who may not have the time. I would totally be a repeat customer again!

I couldn't have higher praise for these folks. My girlfriend had an entire large bottle of soy sauce upend on the passenger seat of her brand new car during a move. She was absolutely distraught. The appointment process was incredibly easy to navigate and follow-up was immediate and impressively thorough. I was able to book an appointment after 8pm on a Saturday for 9am the next day. Ronald showed up right on time, was so friendly, professional, and polite, and did an absolutely incredible job on the car. Better than brand new. And all of this in the middle of a pandemic. 10 stars for communication, flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail. Phenomenal work!

My car hasn't had any internal detailing done whatsoever in at least 5+ years. During that time, my car has seen and been through it all: countless road trips to far away places, beach trips, mountain trails, young kids, drunk and nauseous friends, you name it. All of these have translated into the interior of my car taking a beating. I finally decided it was time the interior of my car got the much needed attention it deserved.After multiple unsuccessful calls to various auto detailing places, I reached out to All Star Mobile after finding them online to see when's the soonest they could pencil me in. Ronald was super responsive and was able to quickly turn around a same day appointment for a full interior detailing on a Sunday. What's unique about this place is that they come to you which is extremely convenient and saved me the trouble of having to Uber home and back to pick up the car. Ronald showed up exactly on time and got to work immediately. And let me tell you, these guys are THOROUGH. They spent 3 and a half hours detailing the interior of my SUV. While it did feel long, I appreciated their attention to detail and the results were worth it. My car felt almost brand new on the inside and I was genuinely excited by how great my car looked again. There were stains that have probably been there for at least 5 years that were completely removed. The interior was near spotless. I'd highly recommend All Star Mobile for those looking to get their cars detailed. It may seem pricey, but it's worth it for the convenience and for how thoroughly they clean your car.

Used them in the past and now attention to detail is gone!! Sliver package with "trip charge" only found out about after booking for 465.00. Left with hazy windows, cleaner liquid on windshield from dashboard, water marks on exterior pant. Spots left on exterior windows. As a business owner also it's bad to see a company rushing work they get paid good money for. Will not recommend!!

They are perfect in terms of communication, efforts and schedule/convenience. But the execution could be a bit better. I scheduled an interior detail and they helped me right on the next day, which is perfect. Overall the work is fine, but afterwards I still have to check into details and did a bit more by myself. I guess it's inevitable. Should've reminded the technician where extra care is needed. Not very satisfied.

made first appointment , had to change dates because of job requirements, finally nailed down day of service and I had to change location(12 miles away) on morning of scheduled service.......They hung in there with me and Paul made my Explorer look Dealer Lot Clean, I work up to 3 jobs and I tried 2 local companies they both failed to even schedule anything. I went with All Star on Canal St, it was full price but it was again worth it because they didn't let me down. I be a repeat customer too

The all-star detailing team arrived at my house as scheduled and did an AMAZING job addressing scratches, scuffs, and some fading on my 4 year old Tesla.Both the interior and exterior of my car looked like new when the guys got done.Not cheap -- but totally worth it -- I will be a repeat customer.
