Recently purchased two vehicles here. The experience has been excellent start to finish. We have been kia customers for over 10 years at another dealer but rarely had a positive interaction. We continued to shop there for convenience location wise. We drove a few extra minutes and it was so worth it. Ivan took great care of us and the whole process was easy and not stressful whatsoever. It is clear that they value customer service and that is so rare these days. We will be back as will our family and friends

I had been having issues with my car and I got recommended to bring my car to their service center and Kassandra Acosta (service tech) was very helpful, communicative, and attentive throughout this hectic process. She kept me up to date throughout the whole experience. Her customer service skills were immaculate and if you ever find yourself with car problems I would definitely recommend coming here! I hope she is recognized for her amazing work!

Had a great experience at Commonwealth Kia with Jay Nunez! 10/10! I was “just looking” but of course i ended up buying my first car! Right off the bat Jay came out and gave us some waters in the heat and got the process going. He was friendly, personable, educated, and really outgoing and funny. He made the process fun and easy. Jay understood my budget and helped me get exacrky what i needed. Jay was very communicative and kept me updated about when the car would be ready for pickup. He expedited the process for me and my car was ready in less than 48 hours! Upon pickup, Jay helped show me everything in and outside of the car and all the features which i highly appreciate. I am so excited to finally have a new car and i can thank Jay, and the rest of the team including Max (finance) and the Kia manager (i forget his name). Both also extremely helpful in the process. ??????

I took my car in for a non-visible mechanical damage and within an hour they told me there was nothing but the problem continued. I took it to another mechanic and they found the problem. Apart from that, the car sometimes doesn't start. I also told them to check that but they didn't say anything. Maybe it is a problem with the starter motor that is failing, I took it to Kya thinking they would find the problem. Besides, the only thing the mechanics do is scan the car and say this code shows that you have to change that part.
