I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Corvette from Commonwealth Motors, and I can’t express enough how outstanding the entire experience was. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and valued.
The sales team were incredibly knowledgeable about the Corvette, answering all my questions with expertise and enthusiasm. They didn’t just push a sale; they genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect car that matched my needs and desires. I never felt rushed or pressured, which is rare in the car-buying world.
What truly stood out was their attention to detail and customer service. They took the time to walk me through all the features of the Corvette, ensuring I was comfortable and confident with my purchase. The process was seamless, from the test drive to the final paperwork.
The dealership itself was clean, modern, and well-organized, reflecting the professionalism of the entire team. They even went the extra mile by following up after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied with my new car.
If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, especially something as special as a Corvette, I highly recommend Commonwealth Motors. They made what can often be a stressful process into a truly enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases.
I felt compelled to add to this review because of the extra effort put in by Edwin, the sales rep. I purchased a vehicle from Commonwealth Motors out of state (NY), and they use a third-party service to handle out-of-state registrations. A week into the process, Edwin followed up and discovered it would take an additional 2-3 weeks to receive the plates. Taking matters into his own hands, he reached out to the third-party company, arranged to have the paperwork FedExed back to the office, and personally drove to New York. We met at the DMV, completed the registration process together, and received the plates. Edwin then drove me back to Boston to pick up the vehicle, ensuring everything was handled efficiently and on time.

Had an appointment to drop off at 830a didn’t get a diagnosis until I called at 130p. Truck was finished until after 4pm. All of this for an exhaust clamp total price 247.00$. When I have an appointment I would expect within 1-2 hours to diagnose and in this case 1 hour to make the repair not 8. Price this time was steep. I’ve had good experiences here in the past maybe this is a one off we will see

Great place to service my truck! Great team as always. Brought my truck for an issue I was having with my truck. Josh was very helpful. He took me in without an appointment and made sure he kept me informed of what was happening throughout the process.

Brought my Chevy Silverado in for needed service. I was met by Hector who wrote the service ticket up. He was very professional, and kept me in the loop the entire time my vehicle was serviced.
The repair went very well. I will return to this dealerhip when my vehicle needs further service.

Could not have had a better experience working with the service team at Chevrolet Commonwealth Motors. Service advisor Dalvin Lajara was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. If he was unable to answer my questions he directed me to the service manager Josh who was able to answer my question. A loaner car was provided which was a big help. I recommend the Chevrolet service department at Commonwealth Motors for all your service needs. Side note: I drive a GMC 1500.

I have been going to Commonwealth Chevy since purchasing my vehicle from them in 2018.
Whether it's for routine maintenance or a repair, I am always treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. They make absolutely sure I understand what needs to be done and do their best to give me an accurate estimate of the cost.
Most recently I have dealt with Hector and David in the service department. Their honesty and professionalism is very reassuring to me. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you, Commonwealth for doing such an outstanding job.

Mr. Eskel and Mr. Adokwei treated me with kindness and respect's. I expressed my concern as to what happened in my last visit, and right away they took care of my concerns. I really liked how quickly they serviced my company vehicle. I would definitely recommend them, and I myself will only do business with them and nobody else.

Commonwealth Chevrolet service was excellent last week when I brought my Suburban in for an anticipated transmission issue. I bought the vehicle at a different dealer, which is where I usually serviced my truck. Unfortunately when I brought the truck in there, for what felt like transmission slipping, they told me there was nothing wrong with vehicle. I decided to try Commonwealth because I have had mostly good service there in the past for my Honda. The Chevy service people at Commonwealth diagnosed my transmission issue right away and completed the service in a timely fashion. I will definitely return. It’s difficult to feel you can trust any service providers, however, time and again, Commonwealth has been reliable and trustworthy.
