Had to send an envelope next day - could not get a price on cost to ship???I blame FedEx!Took me 3 days to find a place that knew anything - & FedEx screwed that up too!The people in the store were very kind & helped me as much as they could.

Very kind and helpful staff. They were very patient and sweet, doing their best with me and I saw how good they were with other customers as well.
