Roger is a helpful person, and very knowledgeable. He let me know the problem, and did a special order for a module that my car needed. He was also very flexible with the appointments.

Fit me in quickly and easily, quoted a fair price for numerous repairs I needed all at once, and was good about letting me know realistic time frames for the repairs. I would definitely go back for future repairs.

Roger and his team are the best. We took my wife's jeep in due to some cracks in the steering rack that was leaking power steering fluid. They were able to get the work done in one-day and stayed past closing to make sure that the alignment was good on the car. This work would have most certainly taken at least a few days with the dealer, which would have been a huge inconvenience. Cannot recommend A-Level enough for any car needs.

My guy Roger is genuinely the most honest, skilled, humble and most professional mechanic that I have ever encountered. His genuine honesty and commitment to service you displays in his mannerisms. My sister recently brought her vehicle to have transmission replaced, and thinking that was the issue. Roger found that the axle we as broken causing the car not to move and replaced it and found that the transmission perfectly fine and the axle was the issue. Roger could have easily free replaced the transmission and charged way more than what was necessary. She was told at another repair shop the car needed another transmission and she went to Roger for a second opinion. Rogers instantly found the problem and with his honesty and morals prevailing not tempted by greed fixed the issue and saved her a lot of money. It is rare to find such a honest and humble skilled mechanic that you can genuinely trust and Roger is that special person. He wants customers to return for services and honesty is the best policy.

This man right here Roger from A Level Automotive did an amazing job he wasn’t sure he was going to finish her car by Monday ,but he made it happen got it done by Saturday and stayed past his closing time just to make sure he got it done , cuz he knew she needed her car for work. He really worked with us on pricing as you know bmw parts are super expensive & labor even more ,he works on all cars exotic cars etc and any type of car . He’s bmw certified and worked for bmw for 22 years ! I recommend and would definitely be bringing my car to him as well from here on out. 5 ⭐️ stars from customer service to accommodating prices excellent !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I highly recommend this repair shop. They fixed a vibration issue with my Acura RSX's engine mount that another shop couldn't. It's a small, private shop, but I prefer it over bigger ones because the owner, Roger, really knows his stuff. He takes care of every car himself and pays attention to every detail, even the small ones. Great place, great service!

Roger stands behind his work and will do everything he can to make things right if something goes wrong with a repair. Give him a try as an alternative to the overpriced dealerships for repairs and routine maintenance.

Best mechanics in New England- super honest, great prices, great service. My car has more miles on it than the space shuttle. I’d had the entire front end redone about a year ago, so when I heard a wheel banging I assumed it was the rear. Took it it A Level and they realized the guys who did the front end hadn’t tightened the wheel bearing properly. If they’d told me it needed new rear sway bars, axle and bearings they could’ve charged me a bundle. Instead, they tightened it up in front of me for $20. Plus, they’re clearly a hell of a lot better than the guys I used to go to.

Solid. Solid price. Very great knowledge and honesty. Great place, would recommend and the main guy there will help you get a solid starter car if you need it. Hell go to a car auction and get you a good beater car in good condition. He did that for my brother and it’s doing good. It was a nice 2000 something civic and for like 2k something.

If you have a bmw I recommend you to come here 100% he fixed my issue where I didn’t get out of limp mode and had to change my camshaft solenoid for a reasonable price , my valve cover , and many other jobs he is one of the most straightforward mechanics you’ll ever meet he doesn’t give the run around

I was traveling through Massachusetts today from Vermont, as I am a travel nurse. My car decided to overheat and the battery signal came on. I have a Hyundai, but all Hyundai shops are closed on sundays. I called multiple shops and most everyone couldn’t see me or my vehicle until tomorrow or were closed. I called A-Level Automotive and they were immediately friendly and said they would see me. It took me awhile to get there due to the heating issues with the car but they almost immediately took my car into the bay and in nearly 20 minutes told me what was going on. They fixed some hardware with the alternator and replaced the serpentine belt within an hour and a half or so, and i was out the door. I recently had my whole engine replaced and they were able to give me more in the hour and a half I was there than the dealership I dealt with did in 2 months. I highly recommend this location for service needs. Would definitely return if ever in the area. So thankful for them today.

If you have a high end vehicle or not I highly recommend A level auto. Knowledgeable and honest. You are getting dealer worthy technician without the dealer cost. In fact the technician was a lead mechanic at Boston area BMW dealership use to work on my cars there. I was very lucky to run into him and learn he now has his own shop. A level is definitely worth the 30 minutes drive to service any of my vehicles.
