Wow, incredible service and personnel! My sister rented ski boots and we picked them up on the way to the mountain. Halfway down the first run, she realized they were way too tight. Called up John and he drove them over to meet us at the mountain to swap! As hectic as his day already was, he took the extra half hour to deliver them to us. We don't just need more service like this in the wold, we need more people like this!

I felt unwelcome to browse for new ski boots here. A long-time employee of Jiminy Peak recommended this place for new ski boots. The store employees just wanted me to make an appointment with the custom boot fitter. I didn't want to make such a commitment until I browsed a little for product, available stock & sizes, and price. Then if I was still interested then, sure, I would have booked an appointment with the fitting specialist. I also wanted to give my husband a little scouting report on their stock, as he also needs new boots. No one wanted to bother with me. They were polite I guess, as they gave me the brush-off. I doubt I'll be back.

I got a tune up on my snowboard. First time riding got stuck going down a slight incline. The wax had not been scraped off properly on the tip or under the bindings. Brought it back to get it fixed. Was told that snowboard wax only lasts for one day of riding. He scraped the excess wax off the bottom and the end but was EXTREMELY rude about it. I've been snowboarding for 25+ years and have never had a tune up this terrible.

I was having pain in my feet while skiing, at first I thought this was normal. I go every year I go for three days and this time the pain became severe. After visiting a ski shop in Jiminy Peak, they said I needed a custom insert for my flat feet and referred Ski Fanatics. I called and got an appointment for a ski boot fitting an hour later. Jeffrey helped me fix the issue by making me custom inserts for the boots. Now I have zero pain and can ski for long periods of time!! He has saved me from giving up on skiing!! He is knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure you leave with a great result!
