“I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Frank who is the Manager at the T-Mobile Store on Merrill Road in Pittsfield Massachsetts. I must say that it has been a very long time since I have experienced someone who provides such excellant customer service such as Frank does.
In addition to so many other positive things I could list, Frank is very hospitable, friendly, makes you feel comfortable, allows you to speak without feeling rushed, does not interrupt you while your talking and lets you know that you're valued as a T-Mobile customer!
Frank is a professional. He is a leader and does an exceptional job; one that is outstanding, extraordinary and far above average! His willingness to go the extra mile for his customers is part of who he is, and that type of dedication does not go unnoticed in my book! He is committed to helping his clients, answering their questions and completing their requests. His effort and goal to please his customers is clearly seen and very much appreciated. Most importantly, Frank keeps his word that he gives to you, which is a rarity and very hard to find these days!
Well, in closing, I have contacted T-Mobile's Customer Service and posted my review on here to acknowledge and compliment Manager Frank for the remarkable job He is doing! It is my hope that T-Mobile will also recognize and reward him for his hard work and dedication. I have given T-Mobile FIVE-STARS on Google Reviews because of their Manager Frank. “This will unfortunately not be as detailed as a review as I was hoping for but the store seems pretty clean and friendly whenever I enter the store no matter the time of day.
Recently, I paid for the delivery service they offer and was pretty surprised how fast it arrived to my house but also when ordered on the app for pickup the service is pretty quick too…
The soda and slushy machine has been down for about a week now.. I wish they’d fix that.
Their location is so convenient being on the rotary and pretty staffed during the day offering maximum efficiency, however at night the store is a little rough only having one person on the evening shift…
it’s a pretty busy place for one person considering the location it’s in.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with this store as far as cleanliness, pricing, deals, and delivery services goes and rate this establishment a 5 star rating.

“Since I travel a lot, I'll stick with Verizon as I find they have the best coverage nationwide and the most convenient international plans, despite not having the best coverage here in the Berkshires.
