“Although there is barely help on hand due to staffing issues that everyone is experiencing the service is genuine. Knows where every part is located and even when you have to find parts yourself they are easily accessible. I even picked up the wrong part and the owner was kind enough to swap out parts with ease.”
“This was the first time I tried this shop and I was impressed at all levels. They took their time and did a great job on my 2020 Range Rover. Following a complete video review of the car, including Diagnostics for EVERYTHING, they gave me an aggressive price on the work. The price for my brakes was $300 less than the dealer. They sought out several different vendors for a set of hard-to-find tires and ended up coming in below what I could find on the Internet. You will be doing yourself a great disservice if you do not try Premier for your next repair. I was surprised to learn that they only have this one location but look out below. This may be the next National chain for auto repair. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Jack from Worcester.”

I have brought my old camry there a few times and most recently brought my sister in laws truck there to check her serpentine belt. They were busy and even mentioned that they wouldn't have another opening for a week because *I* was late for the appointment, and despite all that, they took the time out of their busy schedule to look at it. “I would highly recommend Tom’s automotive. A few weeks back my radiator blew so I had my vehicle towed to Tom’s. I had them put in a new thermostat as that needed to be replaced as well. I got my car back and drove all the way to work again and it overheated again. I called and talked to Mike and he had Aldrich come all the way to Andover to pick up my vehicle and paid for the tow and everything. Turns out the (brand new) thermostat was junk if you can believe it. Tom’s was amazing and stood by their workmanship which was not their fault… couldn’t believe it and would highly recommend them. I truly hope they got compensated by the manufacturers warranty on the junk thermostat as it was not Tom’s fault whatsoever.”

“In and out for my inspection sticker before I could even finish my coffee! They are so friendly and very honest. When I went to go get my sticker last year, they told me what I needed and I knew everything that I needed and they were right on point. A lot of females go to a mechanic shop not knowing anything about cars...it's very easy to be taken advantage of. They didn't know that I used to work for Midas, so for them to be so completely honest about the work that I needed done, meant a lot to me. I recommend for everybody to go there for Mechanical needs/stickers.”
“I WILL VOUCH THIS PLACE UNTIL THE DAY I DIE.
I would literally drive 100 miles to come to this place to get anything done I promise...honestly if I had to push my car in my bare feet to get it here I just simply WOULD. Long story short I have taken my Jeep Wrangler to 3 different place multiple times explaining to each place what was going on with it. And each time the problem was never fixed, it took forever to get my car back, AND my bank account was completely drained. I called Walt up on Wednesday and dropped it off Thursday morning NOT ONLY did I get it back same day, NOT ONLY was the problem COMPLETELY FIXED...the price had me in true disbelief. My jeep has never driven better and I cannot explain how awesome these guys are. In my 28 years of life and getting the run around from many different auto body shops and dealerships J&K Tire Company is an absolute saving grace.”

“Great experience all around, the folks at Hoey are knowledgeable, helpful, and made a stressful process easy.
I got a flat and decided it was a good time to replace all 4 tires. Unfortunately the dealership (Tesla) couldn’t fit me in for 6 weeks.
So I called Hoey Tire, talked about tire choice, got a quote, and had my car back on the road in about 48 hours. I was able to get the same OEM tires that the dealership would have installed for 20% less and significantly quicker by going with Hoey.

“What can I not say about this place? The receptionist is now my best friend in the entire world, the work done? Phenomenal. I would recommend A &P auto in Fitchburg to anyone who needs help. My 2017 Subaru engine went while driving and I was towed there , completely in disarray and was met with nothing but kindness and support. If you are someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars and are worried about having it be fixed come here. They explain every single detail you, contact you with any updates and additionally have the best prices around. They have gained themselves a loyal customer as well as someone who will positively vouch for their company . “A humble facility, but staffed with great people. Just after Christmas I developed a slow leak in my Audi’s tire. The folks fixed the leak in less than 10 minutes and didn’t charge a dime!!!
Today I got 4 new tires on my Dodge Ram, they ]got them on and balanced in about 20 minutes. Plus’s a free lug nut check in 2-3 days.

“Can’t recommend this shop enough. As someone with a lowered and modified car, it can be hard to find a shop willing or able to align my car. A&B is able to accommodate my car and works with me to adjust parameters to take advantage of my modifications and achieve a more aggressive alignment than stock. Every alignment I’ve gotten from them has been fantastic and always leaves me amazed at how much an alignment can change the way a car drives. I greatly appreciate having this shop around.”
“Hogans has always done a good job for me with quick reliable work and competitive prices. Its why i go there, however can i point out that the wall paper in the store claims free tire disposal, and yet they charged me for tire disposal for 4 tires when i only changed 2.
Its these small things that drive away customers.
