We recently purchased a new Honda Pilot and were very pleased with the entire process. Nate was very thorough and made sure purchasing the vehicle was as smooth as possible. Without question 5 star service! While our car was being serviced, the Service Department Tech, Dillon, kept me updated by text on the progress of repairs/service and called me personally to discuss recommendations. The check engine light had been on when we brought the car in and the service tech let us know it was a simple issue involving the capless gas inlet and fixed it at no charge. The recommendation for service was consistent with the mileage on the vehicle and fairly priced as well. Ron Bouchard Service Department continues to earn my loyalty and trust. Again, 5 star.

I have a car that is no longer in production, and desperately needed parts that are getting harder to find. Dillon went out of his way to find me the parts that were originally estimated to arrive in Apr 2024. My car got its new sensors today and I'm extremely grateful!!! Everyone I have dealt with over the years in this service dept has been courteous, friendly and gone the extra mile for me.

I needed to pass ma state emission inspection.Initially there was a problem with a sensor that needed to reset.Unfortunately my reset took a long time due to my driving habits.There is a certain way the vehicle needs to be driven in order to achieve the reset,Honda was extremely helpful and was able to help me with the reset.I can't thank them enough and I will continue to be a loyal customer.I want to thank Daniel Hernandez service advisor for helping me. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was serviced correctly. I really appreciate the work he and the technicians at Ron Bouchard Honda performed for me.I would highly recommend Ron Bouchard Honda for all your automotive needs.

Always great service and the staff is excellent. Always get a quick response back when I call to schedule any maintenance. They keep me updated on any details and explain things in great detail. Will definitely look at Ron Bouchard Honda when I need to purchase a new vehicle. Been doing business with them for a long time and always happy with their staff and service.

My first time at this dealership to get my oil change and my tires rotated. From the minute, the salesman open the door for me till the minute I walked into the service department, I was greeted with friendly smiles and faces! Service was great and I love the fact that I was able to still do my job while waiting in the quiet room. They notified me every time and kept me updated. Thank you so much! Service USED to be top notch. Not anymore. We recently had a major repair done. Getting through to a person on the phone was difficult. I waited for 7 minutes just to make the appointment before giving up and making an appointment online. The repair quote was sent to my wife's phone. We needed to call the service department to discuss, and waited on hold 12 minutes before getting to a person. When we picked up the vehicle, I reviewed and signed the work order while the service advisor ran my credit card. He stapled the credit card receipt to the work order and we were all done, or so I thought. In the parking lot I saw the credit card receipt amount didn't match what was on the work order. There was an additional "Technology Fee". We marched right back in and asked for an explanation of what a "Technology Fee" was. The service tech told us it was for paying by credit card. AN EXTRA 3.5% TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD?!?! Oh no, that was never disclosed to us I told the service advisor. The service advisor apologized and said that was "on him" for not mentioning it. He never offered to waive it for making a mistake. Even the term "Technology Fee" is deceptive. Call it wait it is. Lucky we had our checkbook with us. I had the charge backed out and we wrote them a nice, old school, paper check.The only reason I didn't leave 1 star is because the repairs at least seem to be adequate - so far.

We recently purchased CRV from this dealership. Frank was our sales guy and he had been very pleasant to deal with. They quoted us a fair price for the new vehicle, and the car arrived sooner than expected. We were informed during this process to deal with paperwork and insurance, and Frank had been very helpful in getting things done. Keep up the good work!

Very satisfied buying from Ron Bouchard Honda and had a great experience working with Levon Artinian. Initially the only reason I picked this dealership was due to the price they quoted me. Other dealerships were quoting $2k - $4k premiums. Ron Bouchard Honda offered me a fair price. Even though the dealership is a 50 miles drive from my house, I have no regrets in choosing them. Levon is very personable to work with and he kept me informed every step of the way through the ordering and buying process. Levon was prompt to return my phone calls and emails. Upon taking delivery of my 2024 Accord EX-L Hybrid, Levon walked me through every feature and function of the car. I would definitely buy from this dealership and Levon again regardless of the drive to get there. Thank you again for an outstanding experience. Levon was a major part of that!

I have been taking my 2018 Honda CR-V to The Honda Store ever since I purchased it there (new). This service (nearly 60,000 miles) was as expected. Fluid changes, tire rotation, cabin filter change and multi-point checkup. Completed on time (I waited). Nothing extra was found during the checkup (brakes pads and rotors still in great shape). I was able to see the car intake video online and the intake paperwork (love the high tech). I have another Honda dealer much closer but I trust Ron Bouchard’s technicians and service advisors and will continue to go the extra miles for their service.

Great experience ..Arrived early for my service appointment and they took my vehicle right in. Friendly service reps. Got updates on progress on my phone as well as a follow up from the service rep. Free mochachino was great! I would definitely recommend Ron Bouchard Honda service to anyone.

Good news first. The actual service was easy to schedule, the techs had my car ready earlier than expected.Bad news. I'll never come back to this place. The communication just does not exist. I had a very simple question to the service dept and tried to get the response multiple times. I called the main number 3 times, left voicemail, filled email form on their webpage and submitted it, texted to the tech advisor who supposedly signed messages. No response to any of the above. I contacted the dealership through their webpage and had a useless conversation with the bot. Here is the sample of my chat with it: "You sentFirst, you should introduce yourself. I don't know your name and position. Second, my complaint is unrelated to the service which was performed today. You can look up all the related info by my name. Third, I dealt with nobody because nobody responded to my emails, calls and messages. Again, you should be able to look that up. Fourth, the phone numbers I used are: 978-345-1800 ( 3 times), 866-579-5331- once, 978-860-3951 - once. Email message was submitted on your website. None of the above has responded. I think that's enough info for you to find out why your service doesn't want to communicate with customers. I'd be interested to see your explanation before my next steps.Ron Bouchard HondaI understand your frustration, let me have a manager contact you as soon as possible to address this. She stated that the service dept had never received any communication from me. So either she was incompetent or the lack of responses was built into the system. In both cases this level of service is unacceptable and this incident will prevent me and my friends of using Ron Bouchard Honda service in the future.

Making a service appointment is quick and easy. I found the staff very friendly waiting area very clean including the restroom. Car service was thorough and reasonably priced. I left feeling confident and safe in my car.
