Brenda is a delight! She's professional, friendly, and easy to chat with, while being efficient, thorough, and hard-working. I really appreciate her attention to detail, and the care she takes with our furnishings and personal items (she's also great with my dog). It especially means a lot to me that she always makes me feel like I'm in the "no judgement zone"! ?

We have used Cleaning Advantage for years now. Our new cleaner, Rachelle, is excellent. She is hard-working, efficient, and on time. I'd recommend this company to anyone in Metro West Boston.

If not in a hurry to get the cleaning done and looking to have easier tasks, like a dusting and vacuuming, they are good. Deep cleaning is not that deep, even with additional paid cleaning items, much of the detailed cleaning gets over looked. For example, backsplash is included with deep cleaning, but when I wiped the backsplash right after the cleaning, gray black water was running down; some cabinet front was still dirty and some areas still had dust to the touch. It's not bad, in general its clean, but there is definitely some inconsistency from spot to spot. Carpet was clean and countertops were shiny though.

The Cleaning Advantage is wonderful; so happy I decided to use this service! Ty has been cleaning my house recently and she is the best and most thorough technician we've had. She really pays extra attention to detail and her cleaning work lasts! I’ve been very happy with the services provided by the Cleaning Advantage. They offer reasonable prices, communicate effectively and are responsive to emails. Hannah has been our cleaner for a twice monthly cleaning. She does an impeccable job. Her organizational skills are much appreciated and my home is always clean and tidy after she leaves.

Prior to listing our house, we hired the deep cleaning services. 2 person crew was fantastic - literally cleaned top to bottom, ceiling to floor and all in between. Very personable and responsive to questions. And they finished with time to spare before the 1st customer came to view house. Everyone has commented on how clean and refreshing the house looked after the deep clean. Although we will not need another deep clean, we expect to use their services for a final touch up clean prior to closing. Highly recommended.Service: Deep clean

Hannah and Kayla did very good work. I had a years worth of dust and all manner of filth/grime, but they finished a deep clean of the entire 1bd/1bth ~870 square foot apartment in a little under two hours!

Cleaning Advantage is so easy to deal with and reasonably priced. I work at home so when they come, we have a routine. They clean my office first and then do a great job with the rest of the house.
