If I could give - 5 stars I would. The experience I had with the entire Nissan department was deplorable. I bought out my lease. They said I would have to leave my vehicle at there location for 2 weeks until Nissan sent the title. I would have to continue to pay my insurance on a vehicle I did not have. 2 weeks go by, then 3. I call to find out what the issue was and they finally told me Nissan lost the title. It was an additional 5 weeks until I picked up my car. Once I picked it up, the car had been sitting in there lot for 8 weeks. When I dropped my vehicle off, if was so clean you could eat off it. When they gave it back to me, they didn't even wash it. They did an inspection and failed it for emissions. I had to take it to my garage pay an additional $35 dollars to have the car re-inspected. My mechanic said they should have given me paperwork to say why it failed. They gave me nothing. He said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle. When I asked if they where going to compensate me for all my time without my vehicle, they said I would have to take it up with Nissan. Great way to keep a customer. They entire staff is worse than a lying politician. I wouldn't but a used flat tire from Ron Bouchard. There are plenty of choices out there. Stay as far away from this dealership as possible.

Service at Kia is absolutely awful! Service told me that I would have my vehicle back in about 3weeks and it’s been a month and 8 days. Just when I thought I was getting my car back from their wrong doing, I get told the paint job at all town was done poorly . That it needs to go back after waiting for a bumper to be painted and put on. I got told on Friday that I will get my car back by tomorrow and I would be getting a call back from there service manager on Wednesday. Here we are, no call back and my car is still at Kia! Sales team is one of the best! Service on the other hand is a nightmare! We wouldn’t be in this predicament if service would have just check the vehicle properly and the detail team didn’t knock the paint off my bumper. The thought of going to pick up my vehicle after it’s been sitting there for over a month and having it worse than before after a service is disgusting!! BTW there were a few things wrong with it and this matter should have been held differently! Accountability goes along way!

Absolute trash. Don’t buy from these guys. Bought a “certified” pre-owned Honda civic late December with 43k miles. Not a month later the radius links went and both my tires were blown out in the rear. When I returned, asking why they weren’t checked, my sales associate frank said that sometimes those guys back there over look things and that having it checked out by another mechanic was probably a good idea. Paid a lot more for “certified”. Still haven’t been reimbursed for the tow, as my car wasn’t even drivable to get it back to Honda for repairs.

I got a fantastic car at what had to the best price. It took me less than one minute after seeing and then test driving my 2019 Murano SL. 17,000 miles, for all intents and purposes it’s a new car. The test drive was less than one mile. Actually I was driving off the lot in under 3 hrs with my new car, how cool is that ?!!

I really feel let down by them. Normally, I don't like dealerships because I don't trust salespersons to be honest. But everyone said that this place was good so I took a chance. Just in case, we bought the best warranty they had when we purchased the car.Suddenly, the rear control arm broke and the shocks needed to be replaced. We brought the car back to them for repairs and coincidently they said the warranty covers everything... except that.Definitely would not recommend and will tell everyone to look elsewhere for a car. So disappointed.

Ron Bouchard Honda in Lancaster should be your first & last stop shopping for a new vehicle.Levon from sales spent time with me to narrow down my search, find the vehicle I wanted, and get it there for us (in a shorter time than anticipated too).I did shop around and realized they had the best pricing. Also this was the best dealership to work with on buying a new vehicle BY FAR! When I returned (clearly realizing they were the best), they helped me finalize the purchase of my new vehicle!No hidden information, fees, services, etc. fully transparent & address all/any questions! They were NEVER rude, condescending or disrespectful (like other dealerships were).Luis from sales was a help and Steve from the business office was great too.Everyone we dealt with at Ron Bouchard Honda Lancaster was professional, pleasant, patient, respectful, and transparent!The purchasing process itself was efficient and smooth once we decided on the vehicle.Thank you Ron Bouchard Honda Lancaster for having a great, transparent, patient staff & making purchasing a vehicle a little less painful! :) Truly it was appreciated.I highly recommend this dealership. Don’t bother with others, they are THE best.Trust me, unfortunately I had to have a couple poor experiences in this process elsewhere/with other dealerships to fully grasp this!I hope that when you choose Ron Bouchard, you have a similar positive experience!

I’m very impressed with the service department at Ron Bouchards Honda.I recently needed a headlight installed and they took me in right away, NO waiting, NO fuss!Dillon is great at what he does.I highly recommend them for your car needs!I especially love their auto showroomThey always have a great selection of cars and SUV’s

I purchased my car on January 7th and initially thought my purchase went well. The day I picked up the car it was a very smooth process. I got home and noticed the registration had listed my car as white. During the purchase process I had pointed and questioned why the carfax had multiple colors listed for the car. I immediately contacted my salesperson who said they would correct it. It's been 3 weeks and I have not heard anything, despite a few messages to them. Two days ago I happened to look under the hood and noticed the coolant was almost below minimum and then found it to be leaking all over the place. I again messaged the sales person about the issue as it could potentially be related to the head gasket. I sent a text (for written record) as well as made contact via chat. I was told i would have someone from service contact me to discuss warranty. I have not heard from anyone! I should not have to be worrying about paying for major repairs on a car I just purchased. From the looks of the leak and build up fluid near the leak, this has been happening for a while and just overlooked.A text to the sales person, a chat message and now two phone calls to service and still no call back. Conveniently the 30 day warranty is about to expire.
