Lesson Learned. When you purchase a vehicle and their is a known issue before you buy make sure it is completely fixed, not just "resurfaced" or adjusted, because taking it in for the same issue after you buy it costs you a deductible. Also make sure the sales team gives you the correct information on their interest rates so you aren't blind sided when you sit down with the finance team. Good Luck!

Contacted dealership regarding a car I saw for sale online drove an hour to purchase. They sold it before I got there and wasted over two hours of my time and then tried to upsell me. Don’t waste your time.

Today I was at the Toyota dealership in Leomister and I was surprised by the attention I received at a car dealership. I literally didn't have time to sit down and warm up the chair and I was already attended to. Don't get hung up on names because everyone seemed very attentive to me, but Patrick from the service department was the only one I had the opportunity to be attended to by. I felt like I had found a needle in a haystack. Congratulations to the entire Toyota team, I just hope that I'm not having a lucky day and that this treatment is extended to everyone. Thank you very much!

I wish nothing terrible on this dealership, however, they have committed such a distasteful act during my experience. Drove all the way from CT with my father to look at a beautiful Lexus IS 250 2014 they had. Did a Test drive and was about to finalize the deal with the salesman name Bryan (which gave great customer service) We were discussing some concerns about the car and on how to get it resolved. 100% still wanted the car, so Bryan went to get his manage which was when another salesman, darker gentleman, while we are on the verge of buying the car said they had just sold it to a family that came in after us. Why waste people time like that? It was such a heartbreaking moment/experience especially when we were there first, it left me speechless to the point I think that it was set up, of course I left with my father as soon as we heard it because what could we have done from that point on?No accusation but just terrible terrible business. Not turning anyone from doing business with them this is just experience of terrible communication and business.

Alex the sales consultant was great! Walked me through the whole process. Explained every feature on the car on the test drive. Was sold as soon as I drove the car. Definitely recommend Koch RT 2 Toyota for anyone looking for a new or used car. If I'm ever in the market for another car I'll be back!!

I want to thank Alexander Brewer and Michael G. for the smooth transition from trading in our 2020 4Runner for a 2024 Sequoia. There was never any pressure as we worked out the price and drove home the same day. They were pleasant and efficient. Alexander walked us through the whole SUV setup from bumper to bumper. I would recommend going to Koch Toyota Route 2 we couldn’t be any happier with our purchase. We also had purchase the 4Runner there 3 years ago.

Highly Recommend! I worked with Mario on the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle and he made the entire process smooth, easy and efficient. His communication was superb and I'd go back to the again in a second. Thank you!

I contacted Koch for service just had simple questions, called several times left 2 voicemails. They couldn't be bothered to reach back out. I called Harr Toyota in Worcester they answered my questions and even had the prices i needed right on their website! super pleasant folks although further from me they win my business any day of the week!

I called to ask what time they closed. There was no info exchanged. Within minutes I had emails, texts confirming my appointment and they were referencing me by my first name. They use AI to stalk you. I imagine they have more info than this. When I complained they were being aggressive they said they would close my "file"! I asked only..what time do you close. I am checking to see if they put a soft hit on my credit rating as well. Too..too aggressive. Beware, an innocent phone call leaves you no privacy.

Very clean, timely, and the woman working the food station is awesome to talk to! It's nice to have someone who can get your mind off the fact you're in a waiting area!

Just like every toyota dealership in new england. The service center sucks.
They changed my oil without asking me, I had just changed it myself 100miles prior.
They scratched the heck out of the paint removing the stickers they put on my car.
They did not attempt to diagnose or repair a usb charger issue I have. They conveniently tested the 2 ports that work and not the 3rd port that doesn't work. "Brand new car".
He made sure to tell me not to piggyback chargers because I had a DC adapter with multiple USB ports, like charging more than 1 device in DC would blow the fuse. Typical fast charging on a device is around 3.6A max, much less than the fuse is rated for.
And they were unable/unwilling to reproduce a binding sound in the front brakes.
So I have a brand new car with a charging port that doesn't work and scratched paint and an obvious binding sound in the front brakes. And there's nothing I can do about it.
What good is a factory warranty if the dealership is unable or unwilling to fix the problems?

Buying a car from here was a great process. Walkinson, my salesman was amazing to work with! While i was searching for cars he kept in communication through email and phone calls. When I finally decided on a car, I did not find him overly pushy like most salesmen. He was very helpful and understanding of a price I needed to get at to make the purchase happen, and he was able to do that. The whole process was enjoyable thanks to him. I’d highly suggest buying a car from this dealership and working with Walkinson! The finance department was also quick and smooth while signing paperwork.
Service on the other hand, I do not suggest. After buying my vehicle I came back for the inspection sticker since it’s included in the buying price. I waited an hour and a half for an inspection sticker. Plus it was only finished after that amount of time because I spoke with two people in the sales department about how dissatisfied I was and that I needed my car. Conveniently right after complaining, it was ready. I would have rather paid $30 elsewhere instead of that wait.
Overall I suggest buying your car here as sales team and finance are great, but have your car serviced elsewhere.
