“Sky High Studios is one of the best! I love the variety of classes taught at the studio as well as the high caliber of teachers. I always felt safe, empowered and challenged each class I took. There are many opportunities to take workshops as well as continuing education training for pole certifications and licensed teacher training at the studio. I wish there were more studios like Sky High! Highly recommend.”

“I have tried all sorts of gyms, from Orange Theory to Pure Barre. Stronger is such a great gym. The trainers are very attentive to each client as they go through the workout. It is an independent, group class so I never feel as though anybody is watching or judging me. I love that classes are offered all day as well. I am almost 50 and love the strength training. I leave each workout sweaty and with a great feeling of the effort that I gave. I'm so happy at Stronger!”

“So I’m a gym rat. But have never done CrossFit. Today I took my first class at Brutality CrossFit in Boylston.I am surprised at how much I enjoyed myself. Don’t get me wrong it was a work out. And I know I’m going to feel it tomorrow.I was so grateful for the kindness of the people there. if I didn’t know the next move, someone would show me no problem. The Instructor (Lauren) was incredibly helpful and showed me the correct way to do the moves. Since I’ve never lifted. It’s not only lifting but high impact intensity training. I am so happy I finally committed to this place. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone looking to get a great work out.”

“I joined this CrossFit Gym as a newcomer who knew his way around a gym, not really athletic, and definitely had never done CrossFit before so I was very nervous to jump into CrossFit.The gym is very inclusive for all people and is a community that geared around your growth as an athlete.My favorite part about this gym is the individualized attention that you can get from the coaches since the classes are smaller and are always open to making modifications on the workout if you need it.”

Before coming to Ross fitness, I repeatedly experienced the same pattern: join a gym, start making progress, sustain an injury. At Ross fitness, Kyle and Garrett designed the perfect program for my body. I’ve been able to workout continuously for a year and have made noticeable progress. “My wife has been going to Bootcamp classes at the Fitness Asylum for the past few years and I’ve watched her get into incredible shape. So I tried a free 7 day pass last September and I have been going ever since. It’s addicting! It’s a very well run program with great instructors. They have a variety of equipment and class formats. For me, I find the Bootcamp classes are a great blend of strength training and cardio. I still get to do my bench presses”
