It's not a bad Walgreens by any means. They're understaffed and employee turnover seems incredibly fast. I lost count of all the different faces I've seen in such a short period of time. You can't get mad at a store that isn't staffed properly.
It happens.
The pharmacy is also understaffed and therefore slow. My mother has trouble with the pharmacy, but she's not savvy with modern technology or how they do prescriptions nowadays. I've never had an issue when I was using them.
Be patient. Don't get upset and talk to them like normal humans. Everyone is trying their best.

Staffing has been reduced. They are helpful but sometimes you have search for them. The pharmacy staff are excellent.

new pharmacist are so rude. you sit at the drive through for 30 minutes while they look at you once or twice then finally decide to help you. Also the amount of trash that you see right next to the dumpsters and along the tree line is nasty.

Walgreens has a horrible policy- when returning a brace (medical) that is defective- my $ could not be put back on my credit card- Walgreens gave me a 'Walgreens gift card' instead. So now I HAVE TO spend that $ at Walgreens. Its a horrible policy which is 'theft' from the buyer. Buyer beware!

Sold me a gift card and didn't activate it properly. I have proof on the receipt and the management will not make it right.Be careful purchasing gift cards at this store and check your receipt right away. I'm shopping at CVS from now on.

Walgreens is the only pharmacy I use. The store's prices are good. The customer service is always good especially Mike in the photo department. Whenever I need something done with photos I'll only let Mike do it because he does the best job and takes great pride in it.

A prescription which was normally $16.00 had a price increase to $55.00. Wal-Greens could not provide a reason why except to say they not longer except AAA discount. I switched to Wal-Mart and the same prescription was $8.00 with no AAA discount. It's unfortunate since I always try to shop locally but the price difference is just too much.
