“I have a cool story to tell and it starts like this . A couple of weeks ago i went shopping at a big box store. I was in there less than hr , i come out to find that my BMW had the biggest dent ever from a big blue iron shopping cart , i mean it was so big it looked like a car hit it. I called a friend because im new to the area , He told me to go to Columbia auto body. I called, i went, i met El and Tony. This is where it gets really cool i dropped the car off after i secured a rental. Enterprise picked me up there and thats all i had to do. They did all the work with the appraisal/ appraiser, they communicated with Enterprise as far as up dates on the time i needed the rental they did everything. Today i picked up my car and it looks brand new like the day i got it . The detail that they put on that car is like diamonds. They also let me leave the rental there so they can take care of it for me. So if you want world class service go see El and Tony down at Columbia Autobody Raynham Massachusetts. Get your own cool story because im keeping mines. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THANKS EL AND TONY ALONG WITH ALL THE STAFF”

I was already impressed & then cue the incredibly prompt, professional & extremely polite tow-truck driver, Alex. It’s one thing if everyone does their job & the entire process is smooth, I think most of us expect that, but all three of these employees went above & beyond the scope of their duties throughout the entire process. Also best price per lb. I found for junk removal, super competitive rates..Can’t go wrong with Chukran’s”

“So I was going about my day drove 30 minutes to the Middleboro area. On my way back home I was on 105 when my car just stalled right before an intersection. Misjudged the amount of fuel in my car ?♂️ (embarrassing) unfortunately I do not have AAA so I called 3 Towing companies and none of them would pick up. The fourth company I called was Action towing. The person I talked to on the phone was straight forward (I believe he may have been the owner) He gave me a price and he dispatched his driver out to me. I didn’t even wait 10 minutes and a ramp truck was on scene and they towed my car to the nearest gas station. The driver (Name was Jordan?) was a great guy and hooked up the car onto the truck effortlessly. I’ve never seen a tow truck driver put a car onto a truck so quick and properly. When we confirmed it was out of fuel, they dropped my car off across the street from the station, I paid them, and I was on my way. If you are in the Middleboro area, and you need a tow, do business with this company. Never did business with a towing company that was this professional. They quickly assessed the damage to my vehicle and let me know that my vehicle was drivable, but would tow it if I wanted them to. Additionally, they saw my 6 year old son was really upset and gave him a small matchbox tow truck to cheer him up. I can't say enough good things about these guys, thank you again!”
