Emily provided amazing service!! I got there right before closing due to traffic coming from Boston, and they stayed open late to allow me to pick up my bike. They installed a few accessories after they were closed, and Emily even helped me get the bike loaded into the car (we had to take a wheel off). They had a great selection and were extremely friendly - I would definitely come back for my next bike purchase, even if I have to drive 2 hours to get there!

Just left the shop and am beyond pleased with my experience. Emily was fantastic, and very patient with all of my husband and my questions. She pulled out multiple bikes for us to try, was knowledgeable and helped us make a decision on which e-bike best fit our needs. Looking forward to coming back to pick up our bike, and purchase a "hers" to match our "his" bike in the future. Highly recommend Trek Bicycle Lakeville!

They held my deposit for three months for an order they never had any intention of filling. When I got the call that the order was canceled, I also discovered that the business had been sold out to Trek. So basically the owner punched his ticket while I can go sit on a waiting list for another bike and miss the entire season. Is this how you would want to be treated as a customer? Go do business at Trek Bicycle and see what happens. I hope Trek is reading this and seeing what kind of reputation they're inheriting

I want to say that the staff at this location were beyond patient with me. I tried 2 different Marlins, one Medium and one M/L over the course of a few days. I finally bought a Marlin 5 with a M frame. I had them change out the seat and I had a lovely ride on it on the East Bay bike path in RI. I liked the bike except for it having disc brakes. It doesn't fit in my SUV without taking off the wheel. With my old bike I had to do the same and never had a problem. With lower back pain, I found that lining up the brake caliper to be more trouble than I want to deal with. If I could get the Marlin with rim brakes, I would have. I returned the bike the next day. They removed the seat and credited my card with no hassle. I highly recommend this store.
