While checking out at register 2, the cashier asked me if I had a rewards card, I responded “I don’t know”. I don’t as paying with my debit card, after removing my card, while trying to read what had come up on the screen, the cashier reached across and pressed a button ending the transaction. When I said something to her about not pressing buttons without allowing me to read what it said, she responded “you said no”. She then asked why I was getting upset. I firmly stated that it was not her place to press buttons on the card scanned without the customers permission. The message that came up is for the customer and if they had questions or wanted her assistance they would ask. Another associate (male) called over from the other register and said “sorry for the misunderstanding “ I stated that there was no misunderstanding, it was the cashier overstepping her boundaries and not allowing the customer an opportunity to complete their transaction accordingly. The other associate then responded sarcastically with “Yeah, I hear you”. Someone clearly needs some customer service training as well as being advised to only physically assist a customer when they ask.I certainly will not be patronizing this establishment again, there are plenty of other options close by!

The staff do a great job. Whether busy or slow, they are very polite and helpful. The professional attitude of the staff is very much appreciated and from my experience not all that common when I've stopped at other convenience stores/gas stations. Worth noting is the observation that Sean the manager seems to lead his team by example as all these comments apply and start with him. This Season's Market is a great place to do business with.

By far the worst customer service ever encountered. I pulled in the parking lot and pulled in a shaded area that was not a parking spot to make a phone call and right away a female employee approached and threatened to call the cops if I did not move my car now! After that a male employee came out and said I have to leave the property right away or he's going to call the cops! I'm pretty sure that's not how you make a customer feel welcomed! The most immature rudest employees I've ever encountered.

I attempted to buy cigarettes here on 04/25/2020 during the Covid 19 pandemic. During this time the Registry of Motor Vehicles has suspended many services and the offices are closed to the public. People with expiring licenses were notified via email that they were being given an extension until at least May and provided with proof of that, so your license will not be an issue while being pulled over etc. The gas station I work at has also broadened their carding rules to accept expired licenses as a customer courtesy during this time.

Exactly what you'd expect from a gas station / convenience mart combo. Plenty of snack options and slightly expensive off-brand gasoline prices. No surprises.

so found a mouse in my coffee from ML. went back today and found out not only did they have a mouse problem they also failed health inspection.. think i wont be visiting this establishment again

My son and I went in for some propel. My son is 11 and 5'3. We put our drinks on the counter. I had grabbed a mountain dew for his father. The bald man with the glasses that was working Oct 1st at 3:30. He looked at my son and said the mountain dew must be yours huh? My son says what does that mean? And he laughed ...i then told then man we don't drink soda and left. How rude and to a 11 year old boy!!!!

Clean store, great staff. Marylou's is just inside (there's a drive-thru as well). Fast and friendly service. Delicious coffee every time!
