New Conglomerate bought out RightSpace last month. Notified of price increase this week. Should have known. New Owner. New Prices.... Old price was $164mo.... Now $192mo for 10x15 space. $28 INCREASE... THIS time I Really searched around. Must be marketing thing. Same 10x15 space reserved online now from Rightspace is $144...??? WHAT???. Found another place only one mile difference away for $95.00 mo for 10 x 15 space. Very dissapointed big companies take advantage of whatever the market will bear.... They don't call it gouging. It's called What the customer is willing to pay. Old staff was very friendly. New staff nice too, but must do what Corporate dictates.. Brand new Storage place opening up 2 miles from me on Rt 79/Rt 140 intersection. No Name or prices yet... but will check there too. Hopefully moving out before my September billing.

Current customer for over a year with small (5x10) space. Needed quick storage at the time and Rightspace was less than 6 mi away. Unfortunately Now needed a larger space and online comparison revealed there must be big money in owning a storage facility... Several other surrounding facilities seemed to show varied pricing for same sizes but this must be a local market thing. Sadly Rightspace raised my storage fee after six months or so but I still needed storage. Now needed larger space and did some online shopping. Can't belive current prices for storage. But there is a new storage facility being built less than 2 miles from me. Anyway back to Rightspace.... found a 10 x 15 spot for about 50% more than I pay now.. 3X space for only 50% more? I needed a bigger space quick and all done online to lock in a lower price than a supposedly walk in customer. Confirmed all details with site manager who was friendly and explained all the online details. Emptied out my small space and moved around the corner to bigger one. Overall good experience. Just wish it didn't cost so much just to temporarily store your stuff... Just my opinion.

Reasonable prices and variety of storage space sizes. Key pad entry, climate controlled and you can store vehicles, rvs,boats etc.

Like all scummy unregulated storage facilities they will keep going up on your price around every four months. The facility itself is nice and in good condition. The people who work here are not very friendly and are unwilling to work with long term renters. I'm sure it is no different anywhere else it just needed to be said. My bill was $90 at first, then was $100, then it went to 110 and now it is 125.

Won an online auction unit here that was complete trash form a business 10 years ago including bins full of employee records with copies social security & drivers licenses. I refused to take this confidential information and the facility refused to keep/shred these files charging me $100 fee for not cleaning their trash unit! There should be laws regading protecting peoples privacy in this situation. BEWARE

Man at front desk is very RUDE. I refused to take this confidential information and the facility refused to keep/shred these files charging me $100 fee for not cleaning their trash unit!
