If you need medication, PLEASE go somewhere else!!!! They are so incompetent not sure how they have a job! Moved to Lakeville 2 years ago and not once did they get my prescriptions right, had to go back 3-4 times per refill. I just called to cancel all my prescriptions and the person was very rude... great customer service CVS!!!!

Awful pharmacy, to get someone to pick up is extremely hard and time consuming, then to finally get a person to pick up and they were extremely rude and not helpful

They need to better manage this place the staff are great but wow there's never the prescription in stock always having to wait days on end till the order comes in? I go on wild chases to various locations trying to find which cvs has my prescription it's as if we are living in the 50s going to this cvs. The whole pharmacy closes for a meal break meanwhile your prescription is ready and someone should be there to give you it because it's ready but it's closed for an hour this is nuts .

Honestly, I just come here for the Flu/Covid shots and it's always the best experience. At least their pharmacy people are amazing

Wife and I walked in around 12::33 pm 8-30-23 to pic up some prescription nice welcome and service staff nice and other staff members wished us a great day that's rare service is that good will return and will recommend this location we moved from Hanover and switched all our prescriptions to the Lakeville location big store nice location

I was in need of a few items. Just got paid ready to get out of my house and get a few things and usually really enjoy this time I have to get a little shopping done. I love cvs and have been using this pharmacy for years. Today I was embarrassed to say the least and will never want to shop there again , needing to is a whole other issue as I do get my meds there so changing that would be a huge drain of time and energy. Very disappointed in this store this am. Sure, to walk in and be ask if I need help, great. To then be asked 4 more times in a matter of 5 minutes, makes you feel like you're being watched. If you are or are not, it certainly felt that way and I had to call my boyfriend to come in who also noticed that all the employees seemed a little uptight around this one employee. So I think she was making everyone else around her feel uncomfortable as well. Employees and customers. Again, I could be wrong. I called my boyfriend to let him know I needed one more thing then I'd be right out, I told him I was having trouble finding it and what had happened with them asking if I need help every 2 minutes. I hung up and right away again "can I help you find something?" Whatever, I was already thinking this lady needs a kick in her a** so that last ask if I needed help she's lucky I have patience as well. I will continue to use this store again more out of necessity then anything else. But over all the amount of money I spend there today alone over 250.00$ they could surely treat people a little better and not like you're going to steal everything. Also when I walked out the alarm went off (Of Course) so I stopped, waited, waited, waited some more. Turn and asked am I OK? She said it's there something in there with an alarm? Idk, again your job. So I waited she came over I figured out it was an alarm on the back of a 14$ phone cord. And I was finally able to leave. Extremely unpleasant and if I never had to go back I certainly would not.

Cvs lakeville pharmacy, wish I could give it 0 stars. Always a long line, noone answers the phone, been on hold for over an hour multiple times for a 60 second question. When you finally get to the counter or an answer on the phone your most likely to be told that they never received your prescription, don't have it, it was never filled and you need to wait up to 2 hours to have it filled. It's the same story every time I come here, atleast every 30 days. This place is managed horribly and I feel bad for the staff because they need to deal with the total lack of incompetence.Same goes for the one in middleboro.
